I knew you did not lift heavy furniture, but there were chairs around dining table & you did not move them 2 ft as that is where you will probably find most spots from people eating there. My renters who are 80 yrs old said if they had ask they would have moved the chairs for them.
I called zerorezz when they left & they said we had 30 days & they would come back if there is a problem. This would be a second trip and also my renters would have to stay home another day. Seems to me this is overkill when they could have just slid the chairs out 2 Ft and never had to do any lifting,.I hope it won't be necesary to call. Great people, great service, great results
When I received this I almost just deleted it without responding but thought if I do, how can you know what I think of your service. First, it has nothing to do with the tech. He was courteous, efficient and did his job. My issue is the actual cleaning itself. I have had carpets cleaned dozens and dozens of times. This is not my first rodeo, but I would rate it a big zero. My carpets look like they need to be cleaned, not that they just were a couple days ago. We always remove all the loose items in all the rooms and vacuum before they come. I watched as he put the non soap solution down and then steam clean it up. He covered all the carpeted areas. I have a very high quality berber style carpet that always cleans up beautifully but not this time. There are streaky type marks on a couple areas of the main living area and it looks like it needs to be cleaned not that it just was. The carpets are actually a little crunchy in some areas and they are not brighter like they usually are after cleaning. I would not in good conscious be able to recommend your service to anyone. I paid a premium for this cleaning and do not feel I got a good value.

Great service from cleaning crew
I had heard great reviews from people about you. I had one spot I showed our tech which is still there. He said the carpet would be dry in 4 to 8 hours but was still wet when we went to bed 12 hours later. Did not think the carpet looked or felt any better than it had with other cleaners. Did not think it even with a special it was $420. did not think it was worth the money

We had Dylan A. as our tech, we greatly enjoyed his knowledge and his professionalism. We have dogs and he was able to not only get out our pet scent but also educate us on how to prevent further damage to our carpet. The products didn’t smell like pure chemicals which was nice, I have allergies so it was very welcoming to not feel suffocated. We are definitely going to use Zerorez again!

Service tech was great
Scuffed up all corners to all rooms that were cleaned by dragging equipment from room to room. House was recently painted inside as we are getting ready to sell. One room still has visible stain. Not impressed.
We had both carpet and tile cleaned. The carpet turned out well, and we are pleased with the results.
The tile was dirty, and the grout was dirty. We asked the technician to clean a small section to help visualize how well the tile and grout might clean up through the process. The results were satisfactory, so we asked the technician to proceed with cleaning the whole tile-grout area.
The tile cleaning came out satisfactory, but the grout cleaning was inconsistent. The technician said that some of the grout was "stained" and implied that a better result could not be achieved. We did some light brushing of some of the "stained" sections, and we found that the grout in those areas was easily cleaned. The "stained" sections were not stained at all; they simply required more attention and scrubbing to restore them to a satisfactory condition.
The grout cleaning is understandably a labor-intensive process, but we proceeded with the cleaning with the assumption that the results would be satisfactory. Regrettably they were not satisfactory. We would like to offer two options as possible paths to resolution: (1) return to do additional cleaning on the grout; or (2) offer a credit to offset the portion of the cost applicable to the tile-grout cleaning. (We are happy with the carpet results.)

My furniture is very clean , smells good and looks wonderful. From my first contact with them - via text- to the technician at my home they are very professional and timely.
