Zerorez is the only floor service we use, they clean thoroughly and their technicians are always friendly and professional.

I don’t feel like my carpet was cleaned correctly, I have had you guys clean my carpet downstairs and it came out really good but my upstairs did not get cleaned correctly I am disappointed in the outcome of my carpet, I don’t think I will be using Zerorez anymore.
Lower rates for rugs. Paid over $400 for 3 rooms, set of stairs that is only 14 steps, and two rugs.

My rug and floor needed cleaning and the crew that I got from Zerorez was exceptional in taking on the task . They took the challenge and did a great job. My rug on the stairs looks brand new my track markes are gone.

We had a very knowledgeable technician (and he was training a new tech). The area rug was fresh and bright again and only took about 8 hours to be completely soft and dry. We also keep the Zerorez water on hand for any spills that may happen, it rinses away spots easily.

YOUR TECH WAS VERY POLITE AND DID A GREAT JOB ON OUR CARPET. THERE WERE SOME BAD SPOTS. ALSO HE KEPT ME INFORMED ON THE JOB AND OFFERED ME EXTRA SERVICES THAT WERE AVAILABLE.

Mason was absolutely wonderful! From the moment he stepped into the house he was respectful, friendly and professional! Absolutely awesome personality and wonderful person! By the time he left we felt like we had known him forever! When we use Zerorez again we will ask for him personally! Thanks again Mason!
