The tech was knowledgeable and super friendly. This was my first time using your services so it was a great experience. The timeframe for cleaning didn’t take long and the tech also answered all my questions.

Our carpet looks better than it has ever looked after a cleaning from any other company. Their unique process leaves the carpet looking and smelling great right away. It dries quickly and stays looking nice. Our technician was great and explained the entire process, which I liked. I will definitely be using them again!!

On time and did a great job on my carpet.
My floors look worse than before they were cleaned. There are spots from water everywhere, and when I wipe the tile, it comes up dirty. I would really like this problem to be fixed by having someone come back out to clean them the right way. This was not a problem the first time we used your service.

Damon is a hard worker and did an excellent job. He is a real asset to
your company. He is very polite and personable. I saw that he had a

No chemicals. Carpets look great. They buckled at first but after drying tightened back up.

Zerorez did a great job. I have a puppy and did not know he had gone potty in some many different areas of my carpet. But Zerorez found them all and treated the areas with special machine and cleaning products. So very happy!!! My carpet look great. And smell great too.
