This company always does a great job, especially Trey, who I ask for by name because he's so good. This carpet is 30 years old but somehow he brings it back to life every time. I appreciate that my carpet won't get oversaturated or soapy, two things that will ruin carpet. They are my carpet cleaning go to.

Prices are high. You do a good job, but with times being so hard because of inflation, the prices hurt. Plus you charge a fuel surcharge which makes it more. All of us are already suffering because of the gas prices, not fair to us that we have to pay for your fuel when your general prices have gone up already.
No chemicals used means my carpet will last longer and we don't have to breathe harmful fumes. The carpet comes really clean. Technicians are great.
No unnecessary chemicals
Our gentleman took his time to make sure our carpets were clean and he also made sure to wipe up any water drips on our tile, after he was all done. He informed us of other services they offered for our carpets and did not pressure us to get them done. We appreciated all his hard work! Thank you!

ZeroRez always does such a nice job on our carpets, now our sofa, and their techs are always professional and courteous. I love using ZeroRez.
Do not take liberty to turn down AC, let alone leave it on lower than it was when you arrived without even communicating. If tech would have asked, I would have said 'Fan only' will circulate sufficiently. Stairs look like not even combed. Total cost is high considering only half the house was done. Call center vs techs not consistently trained - made appt w rep who adv since vacant tech will call when arrive, he didn't only automated text that said confirm well be home. Had to wait on hold in call center to confirm the tech would still go in and rep #2 also said I'd get a call to pay after. No call, just automatically charged the card without calling. Score isnt lower bc company did have quick availability and showed up, did the work.
I am a repeat customer of Zerorez and love how clean my carpets and tile get from the steam cleaning. I have used other companies in the past, and that is where I am leaving them. Zerorez is the best!
