The appointment process went smoothly, I got a prompt reply to a question, the tech showed up early, which was great. He was polite and efficient, did a great job. I am very pleased.
I like that it's easy to schedule and there's no chemical smell after the service.

Once I used Zerorez, I would never use another carpet cleaning service. It is just cleaner with no residue. Techs are hard workers and care about their work and end results.

Zerorez service actually cleans your carpets. My carpets are 20 years old and they have been able to get the traffic patterns out when other services did not. Now I do have good carpets but I have tried other companies and they couldn’t come close to what zerorez does. The only thing I would do different next time is get a breakdown of charges. This time I went on a sale which was $10 off. I had to remind them that I signed up for the sale. On my invoice they added back a $9 gas price to the bill. All in all I am pleased with the company.

The ease of dealing with the company and how clean things came even though I don’t use the recommended pet treatment. There where no hidden fees everything was upfront, the price of things never changed. The staff from scheduling and dispatching to the people showing up to clean very friendly. The working with a last minute change to a differ t day I had to do was handled very nicely. I just can’t say enough good things that represent the service I received. I had nothing in the experience that could have been better.
I like everything about zerorez. we have used them down here in Sun City and also when we lived in Minnesota. I have just referred one of my friends to you.
'Tray' did a great job cleaning the carpets and tiled areas. He was quite polite, and friendly. My only problem is when I find one of your employees hard working and efficient, like Robert, the first person I had with your company, and request he return next time, the "receptionist" would promise to have him return but someone else would come with no excuse as to why Robert was not available.

Our technician, Trevon, was very thorough. Some people rush through a job to get it out of the way more quickly, but not this guy. He gets every spot, every corner clean and looking its best.

I called in the morning to add another room on the next-door house and the person I called into said no problem please tell the tech and then when the tech was told they called and said dispatch would not let them do it this was a 10x12 room.
Tyreek was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The cleaning was completed on time and he did an excellent job.
The technician was super helpful and thorough. He got all the stains out of the carpet.
