The Zerorez products are safe.
Our technician was thorough, polite and knowledgeable. This is the second time we have used zero rez and will continue. We like that there is no chemical smell and residue left in the carpet.

Luis and Austin were wonderful technicians. They did such a great job cleaning my carpets! So professional and great customer service. Thorough job and made sure I was happy before job was completed. A company is as good as it's employees and Luis and Austin are stellar! Ask for them by name for a great experience.
Jesus, our technician, was very professional, listened to our needs and did a wonderful job, better than expected. Our carpet was pretty dirty and soiled and it almost looks new after Jesus worked his magic.

The rep was at our house on time. He completed the carpet cleaning in an hour and a half just as advised. The carpet was perfectly clean without any chemical odors. The carpet was completely dry overnight. I would highly recommend Zerorez for the price and service.

Everyone I had contact with was very professional. No chemical or residual smell or feel. Carpet dried quickly. Dirty, worn down areas are now refreshed and clean.

Did an excellent job cleaning our tile...the grout was filthy. Also the carpet in the family room came out nice and clean. Will definitely use again for whole house tile and carpet cleaning.
Cleaning process was great! Technician was able to get gum and other stains out of kids room. Carpets looked great!
Trey Stevenson was not only very friendly but he took pride in his work. And when you are getting you carpets cleaned you really hope they will look good after. He did the best job the carpets feel new again and stains are gone. I appreciate a company and Trey for not only making this a great experience but a job well done. You need to have more employees like him. And when we get our carpets done again I will be requesting Trey. Thank you for keeping your word in the price and still following through on doing the best job. I have to say this is the best company for carpet cleaning. First time I’ve used you but the last. Carpets came out beautifully!! Picked up spots I didn’t think it would. My place felt fresh and so clean when technician was finished.
