Was scheduled between 8 and 12, called at 1130 having heard nothing. "Not sure what happened". Michael (very nice and professional), arrived around 245. Couldn't help with problem of where venting from washing machine thru the roof vent.

The quote I got online was $200 less than what I was actually charged. You guys try to upsell the crap out of your product and it's not that great to be honest. Your rep was super nice but not impressed with the cleanliness of the carpet after.
