The moron that did the work must be new and untrained. It's sticky, wet, and NOT clean. You guys are a joke. You could give me my money back, but I think I will need to replace everything. What a pain and LARGE expense.

The online quote was $100 less than the technicians quote. The online prices are misleading. After service was completed the carpet still looks dirty and had to clean a stain that wasn’t removed during service.

When making a reservation more direction on room, size, etc. When the nice agent arrived at our home he walked through the house and I was told that the master bathroom was a separate room, the closet a separate room.
I guess I didn't understand the room size! So it cost much more than quoted on the phone. But he did a good job and I am happy with the outcome.
Technicians are always very polite and do a good job cleaning the carpet.
