Brooke was professional and knowledgeable about product and overall on carpet cleaning. She offered some helpful tips for prolonging the life of the carpet. I was impressed with how clean our carpets and rugs looked.

Fast friendly service. Alex R was terrific! He looked at all the different fabrics and was upfront with us and explained why he could or couldn’t clean the item. He was very friendly, careful with his equipment and had great customer service skills!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It didn’t make my carpets look any better. And a second cleaning isn’t going to change much. Your product is supposed to be amazing the first time. So a second one isn’t going to change it. Very disappointed to have paid the amount I did for the result. I should have done a traditional carpet cleaner.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We purchased the extra odor eliminator ($40 / room) and don’t feel like it worked. We don’t have a stinky house, but we have dogs. The odor eliminator did nothing to neutralize the rooms we were hoping to improve.

My carpets are always very clean, soft not crunchy. Tyson did my cleaning, he did a wonderful job, I had a lot of dog pee stains. He worked 5 hours and it smells great.
