Service technician was clean, friendly and asked if I was satisfied with the work.
The service was fast and the rugs look great.
He explained everything very well. We were given a window between 11-1…he showed up at 10 and fortunately we were ready for him! He was very polite when asking if he could start early, so if we weren’t ready, I feel he would’ve been ok with that.
We asked about adding in the hallways and figured it in the quote and threw in an extra area for free…not a big area but still!
We will definitely be using them again.

I had my carpet and tile cleaned and the floor looks great. The tech was able to remove a lot of tough stains from my tile and the carpet almost looks new. Would recommend!
First and foremost, I like that no chemicals are used to clean my carpet. The technician was fast and efficient and got my carpet clean----even in the one area that was quite badly soiled.
