You leave everything clean and spotless. We will continue to use you for our carpets every 6-12 months. Love the new water that disinfects as well. We use it on our floors and sliding back door.

Our technician Carly was fantastic! She was right on time, cheerful and professional. Although I thought I kept my house fairly clean, I was amazed at the amount of pet hair she removed from the carpets! I definitely need to schedule Zerorez much more frequently!!!!

The carpets looked great when everything was done and they were still wet; however, I paid for a deodorizing treatment for one room where our dogs had a few potty issues. Once everything dried, the smell came back and was worse than before. Guessing the "cleaning" process unearthed some of our pet issues which is why we had the carpets cleaned in the first place. Disappointed with the result once things dried. Otherwise, the gentleman who did the cleaning was very nice and professional.
