The associate was friendly and told us what to expect when he was here.
The only thing I wished is that our traffic areas on the carpets came out better; however, I understand why they don’t. I also would like your carpet spray to have some sort of clean fragrance.
My carpets are always left looking like brand new. Such a good clean every time! I have animals and kids so the spills and accidents are constant and once ZeroRez comes in you would never know it because of how much of a good deep clean they can do! It’s like magic!

The cleaning was good.,however ,I don't remember that the carpets, in the passed, were so wet they took a long to dry?? Only disappointment. 😜

Luis C. is the best carpet technician I've ever had! He made my dirty carpets looks like new. He also cleaned the tile and grout in my kitchen, dining room and living room. I can see the original color now rather than dirty gray. Luis is the best. I also like that ZeroRez cleaning is fragrance -free.
