Nice and clean, but still had to patch the corner going up the stairs that got torn up by the hose. Mine, but just another thing to repair before showing the unit. Even warned the tech to be careful. I guess some things just happen.
No chemicals, professional, thorough. Staff was very informative. I will request Alex for our next cleaning. He kept us informed every step of the way. Our floors, shower, granite and sectional looked like new. Very satisfied!!

I called and spoke to the person booking the appt and I was inquiring about how I needed pet cleaner for the carpets due to puppy urine smell. The gentleman said the tech would be able to give me a cost upon arrival but failed to mention the cost per unit before hand and upon the tech arriving I was informed it would more than double the cost of the entire cleaning. Which I thought was crazy and they don’t tell you anything about cost until the tech is already at my house. I ended up not doing the cost of the pet cleaner which was the main reason I booked an appt.

I had several soiled and worn areas on my carpeting and the technician (Ryan) did an excellent job of treating them. The result was beautiful and no residue! The online booking system was easy to use and the customer service far exceeded my expectations. Would definitely use Zerorez again.

There is no soap residue after being done and my carpet fills soft. The serviceman (Jacob) was great. He was on time even early, they called first to make sure it was okay.
The service man was knowledge about carpets and the procedure he was doing.
We hadn't had the carpets clean in awhile and they were pretty dirty, Jacob got them to where the carpet under the sofa that was never walked on almost looked same. We liked that he really sucks up the water after cleaning and it dries faster.

Service was good. Waited a few days before responding. Some areas that were soiled came out really good after it dried out, better than anticipated.
