carpet not cleaned well. water residue left in hallways
Was able to schedule for commercial carpet cleaning just a few days out working with my calendar to accommodate our business. Technician showed up right on time. Hustled to get it done but focused on the high traffic areas and all the stains, spending all the time necessary for great results.
Friendly and accommodating
Our service tech was very professional and informative. We will soon be having our area rugs sent to Zerorez to have cleaned.

Really convienent
My technician damaged my baseboard in my kitchen, but he apologized. There are also areas that could have used more attention and I asked him to give it another pass. His response, was, "it was dirty and not going to come out".
Easy to schedule, zero hassle , they work fast and efficiently and it’s very affordable - there are always great combo deals. My carpets are truly clean, no chemical smell. They have done my sofas and tile/grout too. I’ll use zerorez forever.

The young man who cleaned our carpets was very pleasant and very professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do before he started . He stopped to answer all our questions and did an excellent job on the carpets. If and when needed, we would ask for him to clean our carpet again.

I don't know, I was not there, but it seems Brady was only there for about an 1.5 hr and this was a large house. It did not look the greatest, but maybe it is my cheap carpet. I should have stayed and paid attention to what was going on. Next time I will remain at the house and watch the process.

The communication was poor, when I called they said it was 43 a room and if we wanted the odor removal it would be 70$ extra when the tech came out he said it would be 70$ a gallon and that we would need more then 1 gallon. At this time I was not expecting to pay over what I was quoted. Definitely disappointed coming from a company that is so highly valued.

We used Zerorez to clean our carpets in the past. We were pleased with their work, so we naturally decided to use them again to clean our upholstery. Our technician was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Our furniture looks brand new and we love the results!

Zerorez is the only company I trust to clean my carpet and rugs. My carpets are always clean and soft with no leftover residue. The technician is on time, polite, and explains the process so you know what to expect. I also have a couple of area rugs needing cleaning and the technician will price these for me prior to cleaning so there is never a surprise. Zerorez is my go to for cleaning!!
You did a great job cleaning my carpets, in and out in about an hour, took care of protecting walls and corners where hoses passed through the house. Explained the cleaning process and showed me the ares he was cleaning so I’d see the difference.
