The Man running the shampooer went to fast on carpet. Carpet didn't look cleaned very well
Service was quick and reliable!
My carpets look better, but they aren't completely clean. There are some spots that were missed and I wish they were worked on a little more.
I was told to do 3 rooms and my living room rug would take over an hour and a half and he was only here for 45 minutes and I think a little more time to work on specific spots would have been needed.
I had the carpet cleaning service with an added topical biological treatment to help remove pet odor and any possible "accidents" that may have occurred with indoor residing pets. The service technician, Robert, was very professional and forthright in suggesting the BioTreatment for further protection of the carpet fibers and how this can decontaminate the fibers and kill off any bacteria that cause odors. Robert was happy to answer any questions I had and seemed to possess a lot of knowledge on carpet cleaning, which I find highly qualitative when receiving a service. He offered additional suggested services for the protection of the carpet, which I may consider at another time.
I was charged for a room that was not cleaned. Instead of getting my card credited I got store credit. If I would have gotten my card credited like I should have, I would have given a 10.

the young lady that came to our home, did an absolute great job.
she worked with us, as we had furniture to still move, do too us receiving a call from your dispatch, of the ability to arrive 1.5 hours early. as we already had one room cleared out, she started with and before she finished, we had another room ready for her to start. long story short, I had to make this young lady take a 5 min break and get a drink of water. she just showed us total commitment and respect the entire time and also did a great job.

The floors looked unclean after cleaning. The grout in my newly purchased is still black.
Another 0rez worker came to evaluate and offered to color the grout for $2000.

Your advertisements claim no residues that cause 'crunchy' carpets, but after letting our carpet dry for 24 hours, you can almost 'hear' the carpet when you walk on it! We're satisfied with the cleanliness, and Eric, our technician was very professional and courteous, but the "hard" carpet as a result is not what we expected.
Quick and efficient
I have considered replacing this carpet because it's 11+ year old and is pretty discolored and worn in the areas not covered by rugs. This is the second time I've used Zerorez and BOTH times the carpet has looked so much better that I've decided not to replace the carpet just yet.
Hands down the best carpet cleaning service I've ever used and I will DEFINITELY be using them time and time again for every residence.
