I have used Zerorez because of the non chemical cleaning method. I have had numerous items cleaned…..upholstery, floor tile, carpet, area rugs. It has always been a good experience for me. The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and timely.

Everything about it
Eric was on time, did an amazing job. He listened to me when I advised of the problem areas. Eric explained what he was doing, explained to us to be safe around the wet areas. The carpets looked fantastic!!

We were satisfied with th punctuality and the tech. As far as if the cleaning was good currently I say yes. But I will comment further in a couple weeks. I want to see if the cleaning was deep or if dirt comes back to the top like other services
Technician did not go over any additional products that may be used to clean my carpets, as the person who booked my appiontment said that they would.Told me my area rug would flatten down once dry and it didn't. I have ripples in my rug. Left water for me to use on my own but didn't give me any instructions on how to use it. I would not use your company again nor would I ever recommend you to friends and family.
