Arrived on time and tech was very informative on product.
Did a good to very good job on the family room carpet, dining area rug and master bedroom carpet. However they missed the master bath closet carpet altogether.
They are great no issues. Aaron and Joshua were great!
Our carpet had never been cleaned before. Our dog had some problems after surgery and pooped in many of the carpeted rooms. I had heard of Zerorez and seen their trucks at times in our neighborhood so I called them. Seth came to clean our carpets. He was thorough in explaining our cleaning options and the results we would get. Seth did an excellent job and cleaned everything up after. We are totally pleased with the result. It looks better than I thought it would. I would absolutely use Zerorez again.
The professionalism and timeliness- accuracy of pricing- also it looks like I have new floors. PERFECT work.
The tech came to the house was terrific. She was very knowledgeable and did a fabulous job with the upholstery cleaning.

The service technicians were great. There is one trouble spot that the grout didn’t come clean and there is a lake like smell in the home since the work yesterday. I wanted a day to go by to see if it would go away but is hasn’t. Again, the guys were great but the smell is not pleasant.

My carpets stay clean longer.
I was extremely pleased with the work done at my house. Tiles look new now and the grouts were well cleaned up. I expect to call them soon for the remaining rooms in my house.
Zerorez did an excellent job. The owner & the two men assigned to us were all very efficient and always friendly. 2 days work & then a few days of drying. We already recommended them to my sister & she was also happy with their work. The neighbors like to stop & see how good looking our garage is now!

My couch still has some lingering odors. Would have been nice to have it cleaned another time to really get the smell out. The gentleman was her for 20 mins to clean my couch, which seems extremely fast for the $150 I paid for the cleaning.
The guy was knowledgeable and went right to work. The tile looks so much better.

It's been.24 hours and my carpets are still wet. We've been running ceiling fans and our heaters.

I called and was able to schedule an appointment that same week. The representative I spoke to you was very pleasant over the phone. Josh, the carpet tech was great. From the moment he arrived, he communicated well about the condition of the carpet and what we could expect. Well, he nailed it. The carpets came out just as he said they would. My clients carpets were heavily soiled and hand't been cleaned in several years. Zerorez made them look 100% better! Josh arrived on time and completed the service within time he said he would. I would definitely recommend Zerorez, they are a very professional company.
