The service was poorly performed and I am waiting for Paul the supervisor/manager to call me.
We had a second technican come out today and he confirm all of the issues I have with the company. Still waiting for a call.....
Service was great, communication was superb, the tech was friendly and worked hard.
I am a little disappointed in the fact that this company came highly recommended and it seemed like the few stains that tech saw he chose to just say oh it is a high traffic area and that probably would not come out rather than even try to work on them. They carpets look nice but just not what i would have expected for 200$. The tech was very nice and professional however.
I’ve seen pictures before and after I really thought it would be a better clean, but I guess I had to pay extra to get a better clean

First your employee was on time. Ryan was very friendly. He was able to explain what
he was going to do and how he was going to do it.
He answered all of our questions. He was very polite.
He cleaned carpets in 2 bedrooms and their closets and 2 area rugs. All look much better.
