Carpet was very clean and the customer service was amazing!
I would have given a high rating based on the other time you cleaned the carpet, but overall the carpet just did not look as clean as it did the other time. It looks shadowy, and the traffic areas are still visible. After an area rug was cleaned it was draped over a velvet chair while still wet.
I was very pleased with the first time you cleaned my carpet. However, in another house we own I used Zeroez again and was disappointed--I had to ask them to really work on an area and they did a good job. I did not check the whole house afterward--big mistake--because there were two other areas that needed more work. I'm sure those would have come out better because they were not as soiled as the one above.
No residue left on the carpet. Carpet dries in a resonably short time. Reasonable price. Polite and couteous technitions. Carpet looks very clean following treatment.

The price was absurd. I was very generous with my sizing on the online quote. The 3 areas for $120 is a bait and switch tactic. My home is 2800 feet and the first price they quoted was over $1600. I still ended up over $1100. The carpet cleaning was okay - although I have found places that were within their range to clean that they just didn't because of proximity to furniture. They said 6 hours to dry. 16 hours later they were still damp. The 2 young men were polite, although not genuine. I would not recommend Zerorez even if their process is the only revolutionary way to clean carpet. I've used Lacks and they have a wonderful service - they also vacuum and clean the baseboards in the rooms they clean. $1100 for 4 hours work by 2 men was just ridiculous no matte r how you slice it. I felt like a hostage because I had the day scheduled for all of my kids to be gone to allow drying time - stayed up and thoroughly vacuumed and arranged furniture and personal belongings to be prepared. I should have asked them to leave and not come back. Additionally not moving furniture shouldn't remove the common sense it would take to move a room fan to clean the area around and behind it. I could go on, but I'll spend my time making sure my friends and associates know instead. P.S. My husband about came unglued after my 10 year old told him because I was so upset.

Technician was friendly and explained the process and also answered all questions that I had. The actual cleaning of the carpets came out better than other methods I have used in the past.

I liked the result, the service the young men provided at my home ( the girl that made the appt needs customer service coaching) and how they showed up promptly and clean and groomed. They took care of my home while there.
The men doing the carpet cleaning were polite and considerate. When dry, the carpet was soft, not harsh, and very,very clean. They finished at 6:00 pm or so, and the carpet was dry by 8:30.
