The same spots have already come back. There was a trail of drips that are right back from before you came to clean it. :(
The carpet looked wonderful when he was done, and some problematic areas cleaned up well.
The technician was very nice, helpful, and efficient.
My one complaint is that I was told when I called that there was a 3 room special for $119, however, extra fees such as enviornmental were not explained so the bill was higher than anticipated. This information should be disclosed up front on the phone, not after the fact.
Our carpet looks new again. We thought a stain would not be able to be removed in my sewing room. We our pleased with the way the stain has been removed. Would recommend your service to all our family and friends. Our technician Alan Fletcher was the best.

My carpeting really needed cleaning. Since it is a lighter color, I was doubtful it could be restored. To my pleasant surprise, after the ZeroRez cleaning process, the carpeting was like new...even the stairs! It dried quickly, soft and looks fantastic!!!

Your service is good, but a little pricey. The prices are higher than some of the other carpet companies I use and the extra charge for a small hallway and the enviro charge is also something the others do not charge for.
The person in the office needs to be more explisit in explaining the cost of the cleaning. Including how much more a hall carpet costs per foot, if added to the room package. And if the customer asks about the difference between a rug and carpet cleaning. Also asking what type of rug the customer is inquiring about having cleaned, (ie wool, orental, hand woven, etc. Other than that I was completly satisfied with the personal and the work done.

The carpet stays cleaner by not using soap to clean. The carpet dries fairly quickly and make my home smell nice and clean. The guys that cleaned my home did a fantastic job.
The two young men that did the cleaning were very professional and friendly. They asked if I needed any other furniture pieces cleaned and they did a wonderful job. They were here and gone and I'm a happy client! Thank you! Name removed

I like the fact that there is "zero" residue used, allowing the carpets to stay cleaner, longer. Zach was very informative and was almost excited to show us the difference from where he cleaned and where he still needed to clean. He was very nice and helpful and had no issues with a few spots I needed him to go back over. I loved my experience with Zerorez and will definitely call them when I need my carpet cleaned again. I will also use them to clean my tile and sofas when the need arises!!
