As this was our first use of ZeroRez, it would have been nice to know that the cleaning product used remove the original ScotchGuard
The technician was prompt and courteous. He explained all the available options and how he treated different area problems. There was no odor and the carpet dried quickly. All the areas looked brand new after completion.

I don't price check or anything like that but I would have thought that once you were out here and cleaning the first 3 rooms for 120 that each extra room would be less that's all.

Our carpet turned out great. The service technicians were professional and did a great job. I especially appreciated the plastic cones to protect the corners. I've never had a carpet cleaning company do that. It saves on the baseboards.
