Although our technician Joe was super friendly, on time and efficient, we feel the more expensive the service the outcome would be better. On the advertisement on 1230 AM it stated that all the carpet would be dry before the technician left. That was not the case and when I asked he said that it would take 4 to 5 hours to dry. I was very disappointed. The carpet looks good (but nothing more than average - what any other company does)

My carpets seem to stay cleaner for a longer period of time. Used Zerorez for the first time a year ago and believe their process of cleaning with no chemical, i.e. soap, kept the carpets cleaner, longer. Love the fact we aren't using any chemical cleaners. Both times I have used the company, service has been excellent, technicians are timely, polite and professional.
