Well you could have actually cleaned the carpet. half the hallway was clean the other half was not. Same dirt, to different results. I paid almost $200.00 he was here 30 min. i expected a better effort. I usually clean my own carpet. I guess i'll do it myself next time.
they are natural, too chemical free, and NO soap. The house just seems cleaner in a way that's hard to just explain......just better than one's we've had before, and we will continue to use zerorez....
The service was fast, the guy that did the service was very good at what he was doing, and he was friendly. The end result was great.

Zerorez always makes my filthy, light-colored carpet look almost new. This is especially true on the stairs! It amazes me how clean they get the carpet and how long the clean lasts. I have tried other companies in the past, but I will NEVER use anyone other than Zerorez again.

I was extremely pleased with the service. The technician, Brian, did an outstanding job on my carpets and upholstery. He took the time to do the job right. He was very professional and personable. A trait you don't find very often. Two days later, the job still looks great. So many times, the true test of a carpet cleaning company, is to see if the spots come back after the carpet is dry. So far, I haven't detected any such spots that were there before Brian did his magic. Great Job

The technician was very nice and professional and even though he was training someone the day he came out, he didn't seem to take any longer than if he were doing it himself. He offered us different treatments, but never pressured us to buy any of them, leaving the decision to us. I didn't feel uncomfortable or anything. Great service!
No blue booties were worn as per advertised. Too many trips in and out of the house???? We have tile floors in all but 2 bedrooms but we had to mop the tile when job was completed. carpets did come very clean so I guess that's what matters.
