the service was great. The technision took his time did not rush through the process. It took 3 hours to complete the the cleaning of the carpets. he also explained how process worked. I must say I have never had a carpet cleaning company come on a Saturday afternoon at 4:00 and stay until after 7:00 to make sure the job was completed correctly. I am very impressed with both the service and process. The carpet look great.

I love that your product uses zero chemicals and yet was still so effective! Zerorez was even able to remove several paint spills from my carpet! The technicians were prompt and professional. And the price was fair and competitive with 'non-green' carpet cleaners.

The technition was timely, couteous, and professional. My carpets that I have cleaned every 6 months, were past due at 8 months!!! They were dirtier than they have ever been. With 5 kids in here it can get pretty bad. After Zerorez my carpets look new again and softer than they have in years from my old carpet cleaner and all the liquid soap he'd been dumping on them. Thank you Zerorez!!!! I spent good money on my carpets and pads, I love the color and quality and I appreciate you helping me make them last as long as possible.
Even though there was a small 'snafu' in scheduling the first time, you more than went beyond the call of duty on the second schedule. You were prompt, and the cleaning process was excellent. This is the third time we have used your services. We certainly will do so in the future, and we will continue to spread the good word about Zerorez.

The $14 "Environmental Fee" is a joke. Do you really have to pay a fee to dispose of something? Your radio add says that you don't nickel and dime your customers and one of the first things that the scheduling assistant states is that there will be an additional fee. I like to work with companies that are honest and treat their customers with respect. Right away, I got the feeling that your company is just like all the other carpet cleaning companies that try to tack on as many extras as possible. If it is really necessary to charge the fee, raise your price and be honest. For a minute I thought I was buying an airline ticket.

You get the carpet CLEAN; removing nearly all the dog urine; service people are knowledgeable and experienced; technicians arrive when expected; all company representatives I've had contact with are courteous. I wish the spot removal cost less, (because my dog left 25 stains) but I won't use any other company. I always recommend ZeroRez.
The employee sent to my home to clean my carpets (Levi) was excellent. He was very courteous and very thorough in cleaning the carpets. The carpets look very clean. We are very pleased with the service we received.

The carpets are cleaner than when others companies have done it.
Honestly, the service was very good. But... I do not think it is a good value. $134.00 for a 9 X 10 wool area rug is very expensive
in my opinion.

Customer service is exceptional, set up the appointment within a day, the tech was knowledgeable of products, the results of the cleaning and what other cleaning products do to the carpet short term and long term. As well as being friendly not just a tech doing his job. Just picture white carpet add new puppy that loves to dig in dirt and mud then run through the house like a bandit. Ugh! This was the first cleaning with Zerorez, but not the last. Thank you for the great service and the professional yet friendly tech.
