Zerorez cleaned the carpet but I could see traffic patterns in three different places. They called to see if I was satisfied; would I like a "redo". They came again and recleaned those areas. The carpet looks great. I definitely will call them again for the next cleaning. No soap is a good thing!!
Carpeting is very clean with no remaining residue. Colors in area rug are bright again.

This is my first experience with your company. I am moving into a new place and though the carpets didn't appear to be very soiled I wanted them freshened before moving in my things. You are highly recommended by the fellows on KNIX so I thought I'd give you a try. I haven't "lived" with the carpets yet, so it is difficult to make a judgement but they appear to be fine.
Your technician was on time (which I appreciate, as so many service people are not) he was personable, left my home with no mess, was knowlegeable, answering all my questions. Plus he made a good sized sale too. I now am the owner of cleaning supplies for my tile too. Better give him a raise.
I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the carpeting.
The carpets looked beautiful for the first couple of days and they still look very nice, however stains are starting to resurface. For the amount of money I thought it would last longer. The men that came and cleaned my caspet were very professional.

Not made clear that stains would not be taken out even for extra charge. I had to go back and attempt to remove some spill stains myself.
Friendly, efficient service and exceptionally good job removing stains. Also appreciated the e-mail confirmation of appointment and the advance telephone call from technician. Last, but not least, loved the soft clean carpet after the work was done!
Carpet dried completely within 4-8 hours as promised; no evidence of two extra dirty spots remain (I'm impressed); technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable, he did a very good job; appointment time was right on too. Will definitely use again.
No chemicals - great service
The technician who came out tried to up sell me by $200 and he also acted as though I didn't have a choice about the carpet protectant he applied to the carpet. He also told me he got a green stain out of my carpet and when he left I went upstairs and looked at it and it was still there. By all the zeroeez fans, I suspected beautiful looking carpets and to me, I think they cleaned it just as good as another company could have done. I felt as though $450 was WAY WAYYYY to expensive to pay for the resolute I got.. Not satisfied......and I will NOT be paying that again!

Besides from the carpets looking terrific after they were cleaned, I loved the professionalism in their customer service and calling me 20-30 minutes prior to arrival.

I didn't feel that all areas of the carpet was cleaned. Another companies I have sed went out of their way to clean around and under furniture and zerorez dd not.

I LOVE that the products don't have soap in them. We had to take pictures to show the difference on my cream sofa that my little white Westie uses as her bed. Unbelievable!

I appreciated the professionalism of every employee contact I had . So good to have you as a resource.
I was very pleased to be able to receive service on the day I called. I also liked the later in the day availability (4 pm to 6 pm) and the 2 hour window I was given. I did receive a call from the Technician (Chad) informing me he was on his way. He arrived in a timely manner and was polite and professional. Chad was knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions.
Our grout and tiles look great, as does the carpet on our stairs. Cody was professional and we are very happy with his work.

My name is Name removed. Mike came today to do my carpet. He is professional in his appearance and manner and explained fully what he was going to do.
I asked if he would clean a rug that is over my parquet flooring. The rug was moved, and as I looked at the parquet floor, some if it seemed to be odd looking. I touched the tile and it absolutely disintegrated. I asked Mike to look at it. We got down on our hands and knees, he got out his flashlight and we both watched some little termite worms try to scoot away from the light.
I was mortified! Mike is from FL and has dealt with these things before. I would never have thought my parquet floor was infested! I am grateful that he took a few minutes to investigate what this old widow would never have understood. I appreciate his kindness. I hope all of your service people would go this extra mile that was huge for me, but only took him about 2-3 minutes of his work day. HUGE SERVICE! HUGE!!!
Mike has a great manner about him. He speaks well. I find him to be trustworthy, an honorable man and very much a gentleman. They are hard to find anymore. He did his work completely and my carpets look fantastic.
I can easily recommend you because of your policies and product, but I can doubly recommend you because of a serviceman you have whose name is Mike.

The carpet came out clean as new. We're not sure how long it will last, however, if the initial satisfaction is an indicator, we'll be using zerorez again.
I was very pleased with the young man Cody. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He was able to explain the process of using just water with no chemicals and he was very friendly and fast. I have already recommended Zerorez to my family and friends. Thank you Zerorez and Cody.
The technicians were very prompt, professional and efficient. The carpet looks fantastic and it dried very quickly. I will definetely use Zerorez again.
