You charge so much for your work that most of my friends wouldn't be able to afford you. Cody was very nice and very thorough. I really liked him. I still have some pet stain odors however. Thanks again for the work he did for me.

Like that the carpet wasn't soaked & dried quickly. Service tech was very polite and expalined what he was doing.

the home cleaning and all that was assoc. with the appointment went wonderfully.. i had also wanted to schedule a office carpet cleaning however after my conversation with the woman who handles that dept. i was close to cancelling all appointments with this comnpany.

She was extremely rude and curt.... i asked to speak to the manager of the company and she stated " I AM THE MANAGER"...

I WILL THINK TWICE ABOUT RECOMMENDING YOUR COMPANY SOLEY BASED ON MY CONVESATON WITH THIS RUDE WOMAN..

my old stains were all removed. the boy that did the job was just so kind and pleasant.

There are several places that were not cleaned as well as I think they should have been. The "after" spray shows darker than the carpet and I do not like the results. I had Zerorez because of Danny Davis but truthfully I am disappointed. The "Techs" were extremely nice and both were very business orientated young men. But I would really like someone to come over and look at my carpet. Maybe that is your end result, I had some people over but I did not tell them I just had the carpet cleaned, I would have been embarrassed. The traffic areas did not come as clean as I thought they should have turned out.Sorry At the present time I do not like the end product. Name removed Reed

We had one room which was quite dirty and showed traffic patterns. Carlos worked on the areas and was able to bring to carpet back to almost new. Great job and an efficient employee.

Very professional. Carpet is fresh and clean. Also had all our tile clean and it looks amazing. The representative that performed our cleaning was outstanding and very professional.

It depends upon the response we receive to a our customer service concern, which was first brought to your attention by a phone call at least 3 or more weeks ago, and then was emailed to your office (no response) until a phone call was placed again this past week in which the Service Technician came out to take back the Empowered Water kit. We have sent pictures of the film presently on our home windows, car windows and mirrors. All we are asking is "how to get this off?" We have been unsuccessful thus far. Thus far, we are disappointed in the lack of concern, but are willing to see what happens.

So far, the carpets look great and the spray works well on my granite.

Professional staff, good cleaning job, dries quickly.

The carpet looks like barand new again. The technician was very polite and explained evetrything in an easy to understand way, and did an excellent job. I'm going to try the product on other cleaning jobs around the house and expect great results.

I was not there when you my husband was. But the service person was very nice when he called to let me know he was on his way. My carpets look awsome. When we moved in the carpets were not professionally cleaned we did it our selves so they still looked dirty and nasty. My carpets looks amazing. I am really impressed.

When I initially called to ask what the carpet cleaning process was, I was told the tech went over carpet three times for thorough cleaning. That was not the case. The tech partially overlaps each sweep.......no three ways about it! Other issue was the amount of drying time. It took more like 24 hrs with fans going before carpet dried. This is critical to know ahead of time when company may be coming the following day. I do question one of the itemized charges on bill.

I like there's no chemical residue and the system actually cleans! The "Zerorez guys" have always been courteous, hardworking and take precautions to avoid damage, etc. Max did an awesome job cleaning my stone tiles on Saturday!
