Give email confirmation of appointments as well as a call back. Call backs often occur at work which is very inconvenient.

My husband and I have used Zerorez 7 times now over the years which incidentally was recommended by our neighbor initally back in 2005. Over the years, our carpets and tile/grout have resulted in the motto "so clean and beautiful" that we have highly recommended your services over the years to our friends and now to those moving forward wanting a very clean/no residue result from your friendly professional staff. We especially love the "new" pricing now which is more in line with your competitors....Love you Zerorez!!
You can not even tell it had been cleaned. For the cost and the results we were not pleased at all. Our carpets were not even soiled, only needed cleaned in the walking area. The guy was in and out very quickly. In our bedroom I called twice and the second time out your employee said his boss told him he could not clean it again, so he did not even touch it. That does not say much. Everytime we hear the ad on KNIX we don't agree with them at ALL.

Using Zerorez is super easy--online scheduling user friendly. Technician called 15 minutes before arriving--was on time--Very effecient-Super friendly. Made sure equipment didnt damage baseboards. Floors were dry in just a couple of hours.

upholstry. They were friendly and courteous,
which made the 8:00 a.m. appointment
on a Saturday less painful. :)

That you do not use chemicals and soaps to clean the carpet, no residue left. You use very hot water that will kill dust mites and smells with that hot of water.
