good job cleaning the carpet that was very dirty.
I do not feel enough vigor was applied to the pre-treatment of all the stains in my carpet. Sure, there were a lot of stains as this was a recent rental property prior to my purchase. MANY of the stains were successfully removed - especially the more 'obvious' stains. The less obvious stains were completely ignored and therefore, were VERY obious once the carpet dried. Overall, the carpet is in good condition and the area's that did not have stains, turned out great.
I took a can of high-traffic Resove and applied it to one of the existing spots in the carpet and I was able to successfully remove the stain. This tells me it wasn't pre-treated.
Its unfortunate that I have to re-treat the caret after paying $500 for a professional to do this for me. Either a refund of $119 or please, feel free to send a professional out to re-treat the still stained area's... that would make me happy.

The technician and those on the phone were very informative about the carpet cleaning process and what to expect.
Service was available to me in an emergency! I don't expect this all the time, but my first time calling and had someone here to get BLUE toilet bowl cleaner our of my carpet and it's now gone is AMAZING!

knowledgeable about the product.
I spent a lot of money having my grout and tile cleaned and sealed less than a year ago and it looks terrible in many areas already. It was a big waste of money. Grout shouldn't get dirty that fast if it is sealed properly.
Carpet is very clean & soft after Zerorez. Drying time is very short. I also have the mop set that I use for the tile, it is wonderful..no streaks, and best of all no more time on my knees! I have used Zerorez twice, will never use any other carpet company, and recommend Zerorez to all my friends.

The fact that NO chemicals are used in the cleaning process. The carpet dried much faster than with other carpet cleaners. The service rep was very freindly and took time to answer questions.
The staff is always polite, your company delivers exactly what they advertise and the pricing is reasonable.

That the technicians take time to do a good job and that no residue is left behind so carpets stay cleaner longer. The technicians were able to get bacon grease that my dog spread throughout the carpet out and the stain never "came back."

The technician was great, very courteous, but I was surprised at how little change the cleaning made in my carpet. The dirty areas (high traffic) looked exactly as they did before. I honestly did not see improvement. It looked the same as if I'd just vacuumed (which I did right before he came.) It's a LOT of money to spend for virtually no visible difference.

No harsh chemicals, efficient.
That there is no chemical use involved in the cleaning. As far as service goes it was impecable. I had Daniel Seville as the representative from you're company and I could not have had a better one. He was very polite, knowledgable (explained every detail to me) and extremely clean cut. I have had other cleaning services out to my home and have literally been very leary about letting that person in to clean when I have been alone - this was not the case with Daniel. I have having my husband's 60th birthday party this weekend with over 70 guests. I will definitely pass out Daniel's cards to everyone. My carpets are 12 years old and look totally fantastic! Thank you.

8)They even came back to take care of a spot that surfaced after the carpet dried. Apparently it was an old spill that still had some residue in the pad. That tells me how deep the cleaning is.
