I was very impressed by the respectful manner in which the cleaners performed their duties. They were clean and put customer service first. They were polite and efficient. My carpets look great and feel clean!
There was a little trouble with the truck and they had to run two hoses from one truck, so the rugs were a little wetter than they normally would have been but the rug was still dry by the next day. I was very satisfied with the way the problem was handled. The two servicemen were very polite. My rug felt very clean and smelled so much better. I like to walk around barefoot and the rug did not feel like it was full of residue. I have cats and the treatment they used worked very well and left a very fresh smell.
I'm sorry I waited so long to get my tile/grout cleaned and sealed. I hated my tile for years but it now looks like it did the day it was installed almost 20 years ago. Gorgeous!
No chemicals

You did a great job cleaning my carpet. It wasn't soaked thorough and dried quickly. The last time it was cleaned it lasted a longer time than traditional carpet cleaning.
The finished look of the rugs. Also the fact that no chemicals were used . I am very pleased with service.

The carpet is soft, no residue and the stains we thought were permanent are gone. The technician, Zach Watzke, was very knowledgable and friendly. He did a great job. We plan to use your service from now on and will recommend Zerorez to all our friends.
My carpets dried so fast. The tech zack even wiped up the water that the machine left on the kitchen floor where the carpet meets when he was all done. My tech was so nice (zack) BUT the true test will be to see how fast all the marks come back. So far so good. Best tech I have ever had, so nice and proffesional! and I have my capets cleaned 5ish times a year!

The 2-man crew was highly professional, both in appearance and detail work. They did a thorough cleaning of my furniture and carpet, it could not have been done better! This is my 2nd time with Zerorez and I appreciate your service.

No residue from soap products
My carpet was wet for 4 days. Also it was so wet that it made my furniture damp also for 3 days. I called and asked for someone to come check it out. You did but with no solution other then to try again to make it right. Why would I let you in the door when it already was so wet and humid and not acceptable. My upholstered furniture still is damp in spots.
I asked for some sort of a compensation for the problem but was told that was not possible.
I am not complaining because of being dirty just soaking wet. I would never recommend it to any one. It has been a horrible experience and I plan on telling anyone who asks
$283.00 is bizarre for the job received.
