Very clean with no residue.
The job was done quickly and loved the result! Carpet looked better than it has in years and the feeling of how it was turned out once it dried was superior to any other company I have used prior. I am a little bent about the fact I was quoted $119 for 3 rooms and I had 2 rooms and a very long hall way done(all of which were completely clear so it was very easy to clean) and was charged $205!!! Quite a big difference from what I was quoted on the phone if you ask me. And yes, I was told by the driver/operator prior to him doing the job that it would be nearlhy twice of what I was quoted, but I had already taken the day off and moved all of my furniture so I was in no mood to call another company at that point. I kinda feel like a fast one was pulled!
Although many dog urine stains were removed, not all were. I went over the areas, and there is still residue showing under a black light. For $850, the cost of carpeting, it should have been spotless.
I was very pleased to see such great results on a carpet that a previous carpet cleaner told us needed to be replaced. No so indicated your technician. The very problematic traffic areas came clean and the carpet felt rerally good. Great technician..

Y'all didn't disappoint, it's just that the dog pee didn't come out...so I wasn't AMAZED. They forgot to clean the closet too :(. But I could tell the carpet was a whole lot cleaner than before. The guys were awesome, though.
I have asked for the invoice to be changed into the name of QUINSON INVESTMENTS, LLC
and they have NOT NOT done it yet.

My carpets pretty much look the same. I know Daniel had problems with his machine earlier in the day (at least that is what i was told) and then he had a flat tire. Now sure what to think about that one. We had new carpets installed just a year and a half ago; we have no pets. I do remember Daniel asking me that; first thing. Do I have any pet stains that he needed to be aware of. After cleaning was done, the final result was disappointing, he then proceeded to tell me that "in his opinion, the carpets needed to be replaced". My carpets DO NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED. I should have just called Cooper Carpets but I wanted to give Zerorez a try. I will not recommend Zerorez to my friends.
Everything!! I love the ph/acidic balaned water with no residue for my family and pets. Very professional technicians, friendly, good work ethic. THey've always done a great job.
Daniel was wonderful and very sweet. He did a great job. Our carpets are crunchy and hard and I'm not sure why.
I didn't like having to move the furniture.

We set up an appointment to have 3 rooms done because you came highly recommended from Ban and Matt on KNIX... The rep that came out to our house spent more time trying to upsell my husband (while my husband was busy working and kept interrupting him) than he spent on the floors. AFTER he was done with the carpets he told my husband that it would be an ADDITIONAL $150 dollars because 2 of the rooms needed extra chemicals...... He did a walk through first, he would have known by looking at the rooms if they needed extra time and my husband would have told him not to do it (Way to expensive!!!!!!!!!). Carpets look decent but was disappointed with the customer service!!! :(
Aside from the urine smell we talked about in the beginning, we had urine spots appear AFTER we had our carpet "cleaned." Your team came out a second time to no avail. My husband and I rented a Rug Doctor and I cannot believe the dirt we are getting out of our carpet! I don't know what your company calls cleaning, but you are not doing it!

I like that my tile and carpets get cleaned without leaving them really wet and/or covered in a funky residue. I really like that everyone at Zerorez is very friendly and professional.
I especially like the concept of no soap and/or no chemicals in the process. Your technician took the necessary time to thorouhly do his work and not speed cleaning like some of the previous experiences I have had with other carpet cleaners in the past.
