I like your product as it is very effective in cleaning stainless steel and tile in my home and our rentals and business. I was impressed when your office in Mesa called me and corrected an overcharge that I was not aware of. Thank you. What to improve- I was promised a spray bottle with my exra order of 3 gal. of product which I did not receive and the extra (new) container I received has a cracked lid. Small on the surface, however, these details affect the impression to the customer.

Process appears to clean thoroughly. Johnathan was very knowledgeable and efficient; constantly worked for three and one-half hours.

Overall we were very pleased although disappointed that our den carpet couldn't be completely cleaned of discoloration. I did feel Joe did a good job and explained he could not get the carpet completely clean.

Extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable technicians. Very thorough during the entire cleaning process. We had our whole house tile, carpeted bedrooms, sofas, and area rug cleaned. They all look amazing now thanks to Zerorez!

The technician was fantastic! Overall my carpets look pretty good. Based on the advertising I have been hearing on KNIX I was expecting perfection. There was one stain in a bedroom that looked like it was gone when the technician left but by the next morning you could see that it did not come out at all. A bit disappointed in that. Not sure what to do with that room now? I also expected the carpets to be dry much quicker than they were...again based on advertisment.

You have already been here twice. Mostly my carpet is clean but there are some places that were missed and could have been over-looked as they were behind doors. I purchased some of your water and will clean the areas myself.

It works and works EXCEPTIONALLY WELL!

While I was pleased with the cleaning, the service did not meet the expectations I had from listening to the local radio commercials. The Carpets did NOT dry any faster than services I used in the past. And the carpets, while cleaned good, did not turn out as clean as the Stanley Steemer service I used last year.
The service was good, and the service tech was good.
It is only the commercials that I feel are misleading.

I love that they are chemical free, I have a son that is crawling and playing on the floor constantly and its nice to not worry about chemicals! Assistance getting info and scheduling the appointment was great. Jessica was very informative and the tech who came out was amazing!!!

Zach was wonderful!!! Helpful, informative, effecient, gentlemanly.....The carpet looks great. I like the "non-chemical" aspect....especially the lack of that kind of odor. We definitely will use Zerorez again!!

I paid an extra $25 to have a soap stain removed that was about a 10-12 in square. The spot is now 3 times the size it was. I was not dissapointed in the overall service, the tech was professional. There was one stain that he used something and it is 50% better than it was.

You get the carpet clean and take the time to do it right.
