The only recommendation I would like to share is that you lower your prices on area rugs. For most people it is cheaper to go out and purchase new rugs than to have them cleaned. I don't understand how you can clean three rooms for the amount you are advertising and then charge in the higher two hundreds to clean two area rugs. I am sure there is a reasonable explanation, but I still feel the prices are too extreme on area rugs. Thank you for reading.

I had six dining chairs cleaned on Friday. They were chairs that I was going to have recovered because they were so dirty. I had been told by two other cleaning professionals that the fabric would not clean. Zerorez said they could and they absolutely did a fabulous job..Mike was wonderful and I had another great experience with the Zerorez company.

Our technician Brian Hamilton was very professional,friendly and did a perfect job. I told him I check the carpet cleanliness by wearing white socks to see if any residue is left in the carpet....and my socks were still white afterwards!! After a bad experience with Dr. Chem Dry, I was hesitant to try another carpet cleaning company, but I couldn't have had a better experience than I did with Zerorez. Joshua Martinez did an amazing job on some very dirty carpets. He was very personable and professional, taking special care with some difficult areas in my children's rooms. He did a demonstration of some other services for me, and I look forwarding to booking them in the next couple of months.
