The work that was done on my rugs was wonderful. There were alot of pet stains from my
daughter's dog. After the treatment & cleaning you can't tell they were there. Also on
my hall rug which gets very dirty from walking in from our garage looks wonderful. Thank-
you. Your technitions were very personable & competent. They did a wonderful job!!

I had many reminders about my appointment and even received instructions on how to prepare my home. The cleaner was friendly and did a very good job in getting the carpets clean and smelling better.

I got the 3-room deal which included my bedroom, living room and I had some area rugs (1-8x10, a runner and small oblong rug 3x) in the den which I thought would be the 3 rooms. Shame on me for not clarifying with your technician exactly was covered in my offer. He was not finished when I left so left my husband with my check. I assumed would be the $119.00 but when I got home my husband indicated it was $241....I could have gotten 2 deals for $119. I will not do this again as last time I spent almost $1,000 with you guys and the technician was very upfront with the costs and what was included.
Very simply - they work. Our carpets were installed when we built the house in 2000 and they have never been cleaned. What a difference Zerorez has made! I won't go as far as saying they look brand new because some of the carpet fibers have worn in high traffic areas and will never look "new" again but I'll tell you that they are closer to looking new than I ever could have imagined. I really didn't think they were going to look any different and had already started to look for replacement carpet. Now we don't have to buy new carpet so I guess you could say that using Zerorez saved us Thousands of dollars.

The technician, Josh, was very professional & did an excellent job! He did the carpet first & then came back a couple of days later to do the upholstery. I loved the "NO REZ" of the empowered water, the speed in which everything dryed & the way everything looked afterwards. The carpet & the chair & couch looked practically new!

Prompt, friendly, on time. The tech (Max) was extremely friendly and careful insid my home. He demonstrated the product and gave a sales pitch, but he was not overbearing. He handled the work and the transaction with ease and professionalism. Great guy. AND, I like the way my carpets looked and felt
A SUGGESTION: I asked Max if we should vacuum after the carpets were dry. He said it was not necessary. I feel that is is necessary and the techs should suggest it.

Very professional & excellent job.
My carpet seemed a little stiff after it dried. I vacumed it a few days later and it helped a little bit. I'm thinking it was from the pre-spray he used before cleaning it.
the service and the results were great
The fact that it is just water and no chemicals. I was also very happy that my carpeting and couch were soft after they were dry. I used another company in the past, and everything was very stiff and took several weeks to soften back up. I also purchased the separate kit of water and spray bottle and have used it on glass, and was very pleased with the fact that my glass was clean without chemicals.
