Professional, friendly technician. We have light carpet that is 17years old. I was happy that it came out as clean as it .did. I was impressed at the care taken to protect the corner walls so that the hose would not rub against the painted wall. The tech showed me areas where the carpet would be clean but traffic patterns may still be there. Yes, I would have zerorez again. We had an oriental runner that we sent to the shop to be cleaned and it came out perfect.
Carpets always come out great! Carpets were stretched at first but layed back down after drying. thx First name removed

We had our carpeting cleaned by you folks yesterday, 8/13/12. Joe Ruggiero was the tech, and we cannot compliment him enough. Our carpeting looks like the day it was first laid (20 years). Your service and cleaning system is the best we ever had. We wonder why we ever had anyone else. It was surprising to see how much residue had dried into the fibers left by other services. Zerorez is now our carpet cleaner of choice, and we will request Joe for our next service call. Keep up the good work!

Your people are very professional, yet friendly and easy to deal with. They go out of the way to accomodate you. You feel listened to and valued. We LOVED the results! Our 10 year old carpet looks new--no kidding! Love the softness.

Way too expensive!! One 7 foot sofa that has 6 loose cushion cost $174.00 to clean!!
We were misled about the price. A $14 "environmental fee" was snuck in there. What was that for? There was suddenly a "set-up fee" of $25 as well which we were not told about. However, your employee took that amount off our bill. Apparently that fee was because the location for cleaning was in a condo on the second floor. We were told the employee would not move any of the furniture for us, not even the coffee table. We don't live on-site so were unable to take care of that ourselves. Your representative in your Phoenix office was not very helpful and not particularly friendly. We have several properties and have used other carpet cleaning agencies and have never encountered any of the above issues. Thanks.

The service was quick and friendly and informative. The service men were very polite! Our carpets hadn't been cleaned in awhile, but they look great.
