It is well suited for the dust in the area. I was greatly impressed because it was exactly what I needed to get this house straightened around so I can put it up for sale. It was not irritating to my throat or sinuses and infact there was hardly an oder. IT took very little time to dry and I will use the company again. My daughter-in-law said the same thing. Thanks.
This was the first time we had ever had professionals in as most of our lives we lived in apartments. I guess we thought the carpets would appear "fresher". We may have had too high of expectations. The carpets are 4 years old. No kids, and while a dog lives here, she has only been here for 3 months. We were happy with the dry time and the gentlemen who came in was very professional and seem to do things quickly.
The fact that you don't use soap makes the cleaning last longer. The tech (Alan) conducted himself professionally and was very informative.
It works great & the two times I've used your service the two young men that came where very polite, neatly dressed & did a great job on the carpet & furniture. I will continue using your products & services in the future.
My cat got sick immediately, and when I told Jonathan about it, he said his manager said it was uncommon, however I almost lost her as she continued to not eat or drink for a week. I wouldn't recommend your services to anyone. The fumes from the citrus product stayed in the apartment for days.

Service was prompt. Our technician, Alan Fletcher was very knowledgable of the product. He took time to educate us on the process, explain the product and how he uses it in his house. Alan took care to ensure corners of walls and furniture were properly protected. The empowered water lived up to its hype and left the carpets looking new, removing some serious stains. We purchased extra solution to use ourselves. I have been very pleased. It has removed blood and grease stains that have occurred since the cleaning. The solution is great on all surfaces including counts and appliances. I am glad I made the call to Zerorez.
i like that you guys dont use chemicals my carpet wa not crunchy like most and it looks like i got brand new carpet. your tech isaac was friendly helpful and informative

The carpet was well cleaned. Chad was very good. There is one problem.....the carpet has lifted up where it meets the tile near the front door.....I wonder if this can be remedied.

I called Zerorez because I had heard your ads on KFYI ... and thought the special could work for our home. I was disappointed in the way in which pricing was calculated ... since I really just wanted traffic areas cleaned well and one whole room ... and ended up paying over $200. However, I was pleased that the carpet did get a good cleaning and not end up being crunchy when dried.
The nicest best employee that we have had. He did an incredible job. My grout and carpet have never looked better. We have used other carpet companies before because they were cheaper. The difference between a afew extra bucks and way your company cleans is night and day. I will only use zerorez from now on. Thanks
the only issue was the length of time it takes for the carpet to dry. If i have Chem-Dry clean the carpet the results are the same but it is dry within 2 hours not 8.
