Your services are complete from cleaning, sealing, and selling the maintenance products to maintain the floors in between cleanings. I am very pleased; however, the bottom line of cost to me was shocking. It was approx. 4 times the amount I expected. I did ask for more surface area to be cleaned once the technician arrived and I would have had an additional service or two if the cost had not been so expensive. I was charged for 7 rooms of cleaning when I have only 5 rooms in my house. Next time, I will get a complete quote before using your services.

First the young man was very polite, he worked fast and neat, my carpets look great, the only
thing that was disserning is it took long time to dry. he said 4 to 8 hours. the carpet was still wet in places. But I'm still satisfied.

The feedback from my tenant was "Carpet is still very smelly. Looked clean but you could see stains and a lot of dog hair still." I had hoped that the Zerorez process would have taken care of the problem. Would a follow up service help?

There is no use of harsh or poisonous chemicals. I have kids and a dog and I feel confident that they can play on the floor without being exposed to something harmful.

I had a very pleasant experience with my initial call to zerorez. Customer rep was very kind and helpful. The problems began once one of your technicians arrived. My appt was late in the day and based off of how I was treated I would guess I was this technicians last appt of the day. It was very obvious he just wanted to finish the job as quickly as he could and leave. I called in for your 3 room special but we only have 2 carpeted areas. He kept STRONGLY encouraging me to have a small area rug cleaned instead of one of our tiled rooms that met the requirement (over the phone the customer service rep had informed me the special also covers tiled areas as long as the room is not too large, which it was not). He even told me it would "look stupid" if we only had the one tiled room cleaned. He could have phrased that better and it was obvious that the real problem was; he just did not want to take the time to switch out machines to clean the tile as well. He did show me how clean he was able to get the carpet in a high traffic area and I agreed, it looked great. So I let him do his work and stayed out of his way because quite frankly I did not feel comfortable being near him with the way he was treating me. After he left I actually went into the rooms to see the carpets and it was obvious he did not effectively clean the carpets. It looked like all he did was clean the one traffic area very well to show me and then he just hurried and cleaned the carpet here and there. There were areas that were not even cleaned, and it was pretty easy to see where he missed. We don't have money to just through down the drain, and it took us some thinking to decide to have our carpets clean and it took us time to decide to put our trust in your company to do it. We chose zerorez because we had heard great things about your company. I was very disappointed with the experience in the end. I am sure normally customers are very satisfied with zerorez's work, like I said, I was pleased with the high traffic area that was actually cleaned properly. It was unfortunate that the rest of the experience was so bad.
