Your service is remarkable and the end product, the cleanliness of my carpet, is nothing short of outstanding! After the first time I hired your company, I was hooked: no other company has ever come close to the quality of work you do. Extra charges were not worth the cost. Carpet din't look as good as when I do it myself.
Andrew (Yesol), our technician, did a very thorough job of cleaning and sealing our tile and was very profession in how he performed his work and treated us. We will call Zerorez again soon to clean our carpet.

Came within timeframe give. Technician was courteous and did an excellent job. He even gave us plastic booties at the end so we wouldn't walk on the wet carpet. Very pleased. I also liked that I could make my appointment on the internet.

Very impressed. My carpet is 3 1/2 years old, and it looked 10 years old. Having kids and a dog, I thought my carpet was never going to look the same again. I'm very happy to say, that my carpet looks new again! Very impressed!! Will make sure to recommend Zerorez to my friends.
Our rugs and tile floors have never looked better. The technicians who performed the service were very (Tobias and Matt) they made the service even better.
Friendly employees! Tech was on time and called ahead to advise he was 15 minutes away. My carpets look GREAT! I have cream colored carpet with a dog and 2 boys! There were stains and dirt that I thought would never come out that my tech Joe was able to completely remove!! There was no "cleaner" smell to deal with after the service was complete. My carpets are very fluffy and soft but most of all CLEAN! I will ONLY use Zerorez from now on for my carpet and tile cleaning!!
Extremely knowledgeable technicians, fair and honest pricing with no hidden charges. excellent service and cleaning. I really liked the technician and his professionalism and knowledge. We had some pet odors on the carpet that i was really worried about, and he explained the choices on how to address them. Did an excellent job!
Fast and looks great
Your tech was great. Your price for pet spots and pet oder is way to high $25.00 a spot. Why dont you charge a extra fee to treat the whole carpet.The process sounded pretty simple to me.Since your using just treated water with a high ph.I cant see were you warrent a
$ 25.00 per spot charge.Your process did not take the smell away at all,so i am thinking how good is the cleaning process. Even the dirt paths in the carpet, if your tech went over twice would lighten up the area.Maybe there was a problem with his equipment. Name removed

Very friendly and informative technician, Andrew. He was prompt, calling about 20-30 minutes before 1:00 p.m. Had carpets cleaned in a home I just purchased and they look great. After I have moved in, will definitely have Andrew back to clean the upholstry.

We got the carpets and stains cleaner by renting a Rig Doctor at Frys and doing it ourselves....nothing you can do to make it right.

Good service started with my first call to the office. The day the carpets were cleaned, the techs were thorough, explained everything, and did a great job. The carpets look like new, and feel very soft to walk on. I am a customer for life.

The whole process is very user friendly. I made my appointment on-line, received a confirmation call and the technicians actually arrived 20 minutes early! They were friendly and did a great job. I like the lack of sticky "residue" on the carpets and furniture as well.
