I liked the fact that there was no chemical smell, other than the orange fragrance of the pre-treatment. It has been 3 days since Wally was here and the difficult pet stains have not come back; hopefully they will not return.
The technician, Wally, was very knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions.
The only negative was in scheduling the cleaning during cool weather and late in the afternoon. Having the door open so long made the house too cool and the carpet took longer to dry. Lesson learned for scheduling the next cleaning! So far Zerorez is a company I will use again and not hesitate to recommend.
Products were great.....and the service was prompt and efficient. Technician was very professional and pleasant.

Love the professionalism, promptness and excellent job. - The current Problem we had was that we had the carpets cleaned, then last week had the tile floors cleaned. When the young man cleaned the hall floor the dirty water splashed under the doors onto our bedroom carpet edges and now the carpets are dirty again. Can someone come out to clean that part of the carpets again, please. He never opened the doors to check the carpet edges to see that they had been dirtied.
We were very happy with Zerorez. The carpets look fantastic and the technician was very professional and friendly. My wife is thrilled.

The tech, Amdrew was very informative. This was a re-do and the tile floor looks a lot better. I think the company's philosophy is very good that they want the customer to be satisfied. That is a great way to recommend friends and be able to tell my story. The tasked were fulfilled to my satisfaction.
Less pressure sales
Our serviceman was polite, timely, and a good communicator.
The service tech, Isaac, was very personable and knowledgeable. The process sounds better than other carpet cleaners we have used but our carpets were just cleaned yesterday. It will be a couple of weeks before we know if the cleaning process is better (dirt not coming back up on the carpet)>
pricing structure is a bit high
people in their mid 60's can't move furniture easily -- your's is the first carpet cleaning company I've encountered that requires me to move furniture.

I like the fact that there are no harsh chemicals or soap that is left in the carpet. I had all the carpets and tile floors cleaned, sanitized, sealed and scotchgarded.....Everything looks wonderful. Our service Tech (Allan) was right on schedule, was very professional, took his time and made sure I was pleased with the results...I now have them in my contact list for next time....Thanks

Did a good job, thought the service person was very professional
I am very disappointed that the pet stains (urine) odor wasn't removed. Not even a little bit! Initially it seemed that the carpets had a nice fragrance, but when the fragrance that was used dissipated, the odor was strong again. I would have hoped there would have been at least some improvement. I just spent $200 for nothing! I know you don't guarantee it, but knowing full well that was my main issue, you shouldn't have even attempted the job!!!
Your serviceman worked especially hard to clean the badly soiled parts of our carpet...he was so patient and friendly. We have used Zerorez many times in the past and have always been pleased with the results.

Perhaps my carpets were too warn but they did not look like they had been cleaned. I heard such hype on the radio adds. The tile cleaning was great.

One spot in the entry area at the edge of the carpet did not come clean. I will try to spot clean it with some stuff that does not leave residue. I did like the gentleman that came. He worked very hard and I appreciated his effort. I could have called back for a little more help with it but overall I was satisfied. Thanks.
