On time, professional, neat, clean, polite-Alan was a gem and did a wonderful job! It was even better than I expected.
I love the professional appearance and behavior of your representatives. We had Jonathan Shields clean our carpets and he did the BEST JOB yet. Our carpets look great, he wore his booties so I had no muddy footprints on the tile after he left and he was so particular. What a credit to your company. I would like to book him whenever I have the carpets cleaned!!!

I liked the rep that came out.
I like the fact there are no chemicals used. I liked that the carpet was not so stiff as it has been in the past with chemical cleaning companies I've used. Pricing is a little high but I'm happy with the results and also the technician was very polite and professional.
