Everything so far is great. In the past carpet's cleaned by others looked great but stains came back in a couple of weeks. But so far it looks great and Brian was very diligent and courteous. I will recommend them highly in the future. Bob

Very clean and professional, both the actual cleanning and also the men who did the job. The proof in any job is what it looks like when completed and how long it stays clean. Isaac, the tech who worked in my home, was very thorough, professional and friendly. The carpets and area rug looked and smelled great when he was finished. I work and see clients in my home and have very limited times available for these services. Not a problem for this company! Zerorez was able to accomodate me even though it was late and on a weekend!
The sq footage and advertising was disappointing. I felt like I was getting "the up sale". I had 3 rooms under the sq ftg as mentioned (each room under 300 sq ft)but it went from 119, to 133 (expected) to 173. Then the "protectent" was high.
This according th to tech, Allan, was another 100.00
After Zerorez cleaned my carpets they looked great! We have never been so pleased with a carpet cleaning company as we were with your company. The technique you used to clean and dry the carpets was superb. We were told our carpets would be wet for about eight hours. Our carpets were dry in three hours. Our flooring was lovely to look at, but most of all, walking on the carpets was noticeably softer and without residue. We have already recommended Zerorez to co-workers and our friends. We also want to thank Issac for doing such a great job. He was very professional.

While I was Happy last year, I am not happy this year. Yes a room is a room, but some hardly qualify.Last year I paid $140.00 including a couch. This year $ 157.00 -no couch. But I consider that as hardly doing anything. Quibling over avery inch leaves a bad tasts. I will have to get another company that will be reasonable. A room full of furniture hardly qualifies as a room. At this point you are unreasonable.And we didn't need two men to do the job. First name removed D'Arche
Well, I had heard the commercial on the radio station where there was a special for $119 for three bedrooms. When I called in, the gentleman said that since I only wanted the living room and a sofa that he would arrange for the price to remain the same. I ended up paying $209.00 just for the living room and the sofa. :(
