What our clients think of us!

The service tech was extremely polite and nice. He arrived on time and dressed professionally. Zerorez does get extremely tough stains out of the carpet and my carpets do stay cleaner for a longer period of time. Thank you.

No residue, but I object to your huge increase in prices. I only have a closet and small bedroom.
Paying all your minimums and add ons is quite restrictive. I never mind to accommodate your
service schedule.
Also, your serviceman was SUPERIOR this time. I have had others that were only satisfactory.

I'm not disappointed with the tech or service, however since I just had this done two days ago, I would like to wait to decide if I'd like to refer you to a friend.

Very happy with the whole expirence

It was a well organized and a very good job done.

Be more flexible on room sizes since there is furniture around the area being cleaned so is not as large as the room. Also, since I had a 4:00-6:00 appt. I don't think the cleaning was as good as it has been in the past. There were 2 areas (one by the dog door entrance and the end of the carpet where the tile begins) that still look soiled.

No chemical

On time. Worked hard. Asked questions and answered my questions. Did not push extras on me. The carpet looks as good, almost a week after as it did when he finished.

very effective on traffic pattern dirt. No crunchy carpet after it is dry.

How clean my carpets came out and how quickly they dried

Very professional and more than met my expectations. Nice to have what was promised without all the hidden costs.

Carpet looks great. Professional. Service

Everything was as promised, quote very close, Matt was prompt, clean, professional, had more info than I needed, and the carpets look fantastic!!! Have already told 2 folks about you!!!

Great service and carpets look great!

Very professional, thorough, courteous, and they keep you informed.

They did a wonderful job of getting the traffic stains out of my white carpet.

Always a great job and friendly, thorough employees.

Friendly serviceman
Pleased with the clean carpet

the carpet was soft, and didn't have any chemical smell to it.

Very nice job! Carpets look great! Jonathan and Jeff were professional and efficient!! Thank you!

Maybe do a little more cleaning on the first visit. With my carpets, it might have been that there was so much residue in the carpets from the other owners and it took a REDO from your company. You stood up to your standards so thank you for the REDO.

Great cleaning service and quick response.

Fast, efficient and the carpets looked great once your technician was done!

So far I am satisfied with Zerorez. However, after a few weeks and months after the cleaning, I will have better opinion of the Zerorez job. I have been informed by advertising that cleaning the Zerorez way that dirt does not cling to the carpet because you do not use soap. I am waiting to see if this is true.

Your people are great, and do a excellent job.

timely, accurate quotes no surprises.

I like the water

Happy with the process you use. Also pleased with ease of scheduling and promptness of your technician. He was receptive to our wishes and did a great job!

It lifted stains out of the carpet, no lingering pet odors. Tile grout looked like new after cleaned..previous cleanings done by other companies never left me as satisfied as the work done by Zeroez. I will continue to have Zeroez clean my carpet and tile and will recommend them to my friends.

Zerorez is a very customer-oriented company. They were able to accommodate our schedule. They arrived within the time frame they gave us. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly, and carefully. All the stains were removed (which I wasn't sure would be able to happen!)
