There are some dirt streaks left on my creme carpet in the living room.

I guess I was expecting more. . . My carpets felt crunchy and matted down, i had to use the rake i bought from Stanley Steamer to fluff up them up.and the stains came back right. away and it wasn't cheep. my "3" room special [$119 - my great room was considered "3" rooms and was charged extra for a 2'x3'hall] turn into $168.00
It was just really expensive.

Liked the fact there was no "residue." I was more pleased that I could have anticipated with the results. The two men were courteous, clean, helpful and very informative. They did a little up-selling, but I was ok with that because there was no pressure. Once they explained or we saw the results, then the additional products/work made sense.
Completely pleased with the entire experience. I will use Zerorez again and I have already referred to them!

The associate was friendly and took the care to put the booties on his feet after he cleaned and provided 2 sets for myself and my husband if we needed to walk on it before it dried. I will call them again.

The technician, Levi, was on time and was professional. However, my carpets were "stiff" and hard after the cleaning. I vacuumed the next morning, but will need to vacuum them at least once more, so they will feel soft again. Also, your web site says the carpets will be dry very quickly. I agree with what Levi told me - 4 - 6 hours. I don't consider that very quick.

Different than other carpet cleaning companies, not humid in office when done, the use of chemicals is very minimal
