Friendly service.

We were going to have our carpeting replaced when a neighbor suggested Zerorez. We figured we'd give it a try. mabe we cvould get another 6 months out of our old stiff and crunchy carpet. that was four years ago !!!! Our stiff and crunchy carpet is now soft and fluffy! The Zerorez proceedure removed all the soappy build-up from previous cleaners and returned my carpeting to its intended color and plushness. Lenny is so helpful with scheduling an appointment that works for you. Mark or Casey, two of their incredible techs, actually shows up on time, talk with you about your carpet and their procedure. I thought the technician was careless and clumsy.He misquoted on the cost of an area rug and then did not have any expertise in how to clean it. He was pleasant and willing to try but I would have preferred a more experienced person.Your company was recommended to me 2 years ago when we bought our home by the builing inspector--he said you were the best because of your method of cleaning. While i do believe that--and while the first time was good-I was discouraged after Monday's experience

The carpet in the house turned out very nice. The technician did not do a good job on the tile at all. It was spotty at best with many areas not cleaned at all. I really expected a better job for the money that I paid, and they were more than 2 hours late for our appointment
