The price and effenciency of work
The setup was easy, estimate was very close, and the technician was very professional, kind, and on-time for the appointment. The product is great, my floors look new!
I was amazed at how clean my carpet got! Very nice man arrived on time. I was impressed by the door protectors so hoses would not mark walls. I bought some cleaning solution and absolutely love it!

My house now has a strange smell to it. Smells like stale water. Do you only use water to clean? Carpet feels crunchy in some places.....which leaves me to believe there is some
kind of residue.

Zerorez called and was able to come earlier than my scheduled time...great! They kept me appraised of their progress, no hard sell for addidional services, example: carpet protection or sofa cleaning. They gave me the information and then gave me time to decide on these services. Technicians were very polite and worked continuously and diligently the entire time. I have recommended to others already!

Your staff is amazing. From setting an appointment to finishing the job, everyone is friendly, courteous and professional. I am horrible with names and apologize. I don't remember the name of the man that came to my home. He was terrific. Not only is my carpet clean, there is no more "pet accident" odor. He gave me great advice on keeping the carpet clean and in good condition. He worked hard to get the pet stains out (which he did). He also suggested putting a repellant on so we could avoid some of the new accidents that will happen. He was professional and personable. He also seemed to care about what I said and my concerns. He really seems to love his job and takes pride in his work. Please pass on my thanks and put it in his file. I will call on you again and recommend to anyone that asks. Thanks again. J. The representative who came out did a great job explaining the process and took his time to clean our floors. However- after $420- which I feel is a lot- I expected them to be REALLY clean- cleaner than when I clean them! But the same day walking barefoot my feet got dirty on the tile and it felt like there was a residue on the floor (it did not feel clean!- which it at LEAST feels when I clean them myself). And when we paid $120 to have the floors sealed- I did NOT expect the guy to use a $15.00 can of spray sealer, bend over and spray the grout! That I could easily do myself and save $100!! Overall while the staff was great- the product and the price do not match!
Clean carpet, no smell, not residues and very helpful and professional person at my home. Good for my son' s allergies.
