Alan was the technician for the service. I especially liked the way he explained what he would do, what I could expect, and how the product would work. There were no surprizes and the results were exactly as he'd explained.

Very disappointed in the appearance of the grout on tile floor. Nothing like what your advertisement claims. There was equipment failure causing an almost 2 hour delay until replacement equipment could be delivered to site. Delivery person delivered a turbo that had a work order taped to it and ask the tech to test it. I witnessed the conversation. Tech tested equipment and told delivery person that it worked. By the poor quality of restoration I doubt that the equipment delivered to the site even worked properly. Tech allowed water to stand on floor during the almost 2 hour period that he waited for different equipment. Tech should have checked equipment before he left the Zerorez shop. Tech was very pushy with additional services. Always wanting to "make a deal". I don't like doing business that way. During the 6 hour period that he was here, he talked on his cell phone many many times. It was personal conversations with his wife. He told me that his wife kept calling him. Way too many personal calls; resulted in additional time. Not impressed with the tile and grout cleaning at all. It is a result of poor equipment and a Tech that was interupted repeatedly by personal phone calls. Process also took way too much time!
The citrus based product has such a fresh clean effect on the senses. The service was very efficient. The final effect was very positive. I will recommend the Zerorez company to anyone whho needs a cleaning service.

Stains reappeared within a week. Previous carpet cleaners had better results and didn't make the promises you did.

I am happy with the carpets since Joe came out to re-do the areas that were showing dirt two weeks after being cleaned. Since he came back out the carpets have looked really good, and I am hoping they stay this way. I appreciate you all standing by your work, and following up very quickly when I wrote that I was unhappy with the outcome!

It cleans very well... we have replaced many of the household cleaners we used to purchase with Zerorez water... I love it!! Cleans wonderfully with no chemicals!!!

The cleaning of my tile floor and grout made it look like a new floor had been installed.
The workers were polite, friendly, and seemed to be working hard. They explained what they would be doing and how the machine worked. Overall, a pleasant experience compared to many other times when work was done at our house.

Some people might need help with moving furniture, especially older people, or people in poor health. I was asked about our tile and I said no, and I was questionned, why!!! I thought that was out of place.
