Overall I am very satisfied, however the tech ran out of spot treatment on the last room and was not able to get all the spots. :(

Yesterday my carpets were very professionally and thoroughly cleaned. After the carpeting dried, there were no returning spots that happens when carpets are not properly done.Will be using Zerorez again to clean my two oriental rugs.

Did wonders for my tile floors
We were very pleased overall with the service, however, A LARGE SPOT HAS RESURFACED. WE PAID EXTRA FOR SPOT TREATMENT. THIS DOES NOT PLEASE US.
Carpets looked great after cleaning.
We have had Zerorez several times before, but this time the carpet was very "crunchy", which is not supposed to be the case. Also, I had him do the tile in the kitchen. We have had your company clean our tile before in other houses, and it looked brand new. This time it was very splochy, and didn't come clean. I felt the man who cleaned was in a hurry since it was the holiday season, but I was quite disappointed in the job that he did, and I am not sure I will use Zerorez again after this experience.
The quality of the carpet cleaning was good and above my expectation.
However I did not appreciate the 'bait and switch deal' that the tech tried to do on me.
I was quoted a 3 room standard carpet shampoo over the phone. ($129 + environmental fee).
When the tech arrive he did some measurements but not once did he tell me he was going to invoice me for additional square footage.
To my surprise when the technician had completed the service he had added an extra $40 onto the bill - for extra square footage!!!!
This is a small single story townhome - only the living room and 2 bedrooms are carpeted - so I questioned his additional footage.
I was clearly upset and we decided to split the difference and my invoice shows a $20 hallway charge when I don't actually have any carpted hallways!!
This behavior is considered shady and is the reason I did not score you higher.
For an extra $20 it's not worth the sour taste left on this carpet cleaning deal.

No perfume, quick dry, and the man who did the work spent enough time to make us feel he did a thorough job.

When I made my appointment, I described to the gentleman on the phone the size of my house, the number of rooms, etc. He gave me an estimate of the cost for the whole house cleaning. When the tech got to my house, the actual amount was TRIPLE the estimate. I was stunned, especially since I was told that since he was at my house, he had to do the minimum three rooms. So I ended up having only half of my house cleaned (only the carpet), spending much more than I'd anticipated after the whole-home estimate. I'll have to find some other way to deal with the tile cleaning. Such a disappointment! I didn't expect to get a bait and switch from your company, since I hear so much about you.
carpets dreid in a couple of hours and no crucnchy feel under your feet. the area rug that you took back to the shop looks like the day that we bought it.

Great job of cleaning, carpet looks clean, some spots that were 25.00 per spot are still there. On time.
The cleaner couldn't get close enough to the edge of carpet (on stairs) which remains dirty.
My carpets turned out soft and clean. Even the 16 year old carpet turned out nice.
