Using ionized water only with no chemicals, nothing left, no 'crunchy' carpet. Price is reasonable for amount of work done. We had porcelain tile,carpet, and flagstone cleaned. The two young men that did our house were very polite, professional, and thorough. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs floor cleaning, inside or out. Why does anyone use any other company?!

We purchased a house that had been vacant for 2 years. The carpet was musty, dusty, and horrible. There are still stains, but Zerorez did an excellent job cleaning it! Smells great, looks much better, and it's no longer a health hazard. I'll definitely recommend the carpet cleaning service.

Very courteous service technician did through cleaning of all requested areas. He took time to share his knowledge with us on carpet care and what we should do. Our carpeting is a white breed and did have some stains that mostly came out. The stubborn ones probably never will, but the change was wonderful.

Yes I did. There was only one problem with the service. When I received the bill my father had been talked into getting more services than I had requested, thus causing his bill to be 3 times a much as what I had planned for.

The service and the product exceed many contractors here in the value.
I do suggest many of my Clients to use Zerorez.

I would have given a 10 this time except I noticed several small marks still on the risers and there was a small dirty water mess by the toilet bowl area.

No soap is used. just water. Leroy was great.

The technician, Daniel, was very professional, he was courteous and polite. My carpets were very clean when he left, he raked them really well to help them dry quickly. I have brand new looking carpet again. Thank you!

I really am impressed with the out come of the carpet. There were a lot of spots that did not come out before and now all the spots are gone. The carpet looks great! We will use you again in the future. We will also let our friends know what a good job you did.
