The technician was very professional and explained the process to me- came on time and when he left- my tiles were still somewhat wet so I didn't have any complaints at the time but after they dried- oh my- I am very disappointed with the results- I have a residue all over my tile-it looks awful- I also bought the$ 50.00 container of the empowered cleaning fluid because the technician convinced me it would be the best cleaning product I have ever had, I am going to be calling your office tomorrow to have someone come and get the fluid and to credit me for it because I would never use it- I don't want any more work done on my floors but maybe a supervisor could come out so I could show them why I am so disappointed- I do not want the same technician coming out to redo the job- I'm not happy with the first time so I wouldn't want to have it done again, but I do expect a refund on the fluid.
Carpets dry quickly and stay clean longer.

Have all of the employees charge the same. I had my upstairs cleaned last November and paid a fee of $295 and I had the exact same thing done this time with the same promotion and the fee was more. I was charged for things that weren't charged for before and for more cubic feet on the hallway. So, I don't know if your guys work on commission, but needless to say I wasn't to happy. Also, looking back at a previous receipt I was charged twice for the environmental fee when I had to have them come and clean one bedroom. I assume that when I am given a total before they start that everything is correct, but after i get the emailed receipt it is wrong…

My floors are so clean and so are my couches, I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Your technician was neat and cleaned up after himself just in case he made a mess on the carpet.
No have soapy or chemical smell. Dogs were sleeping on carpet before the tech left. Very nice. This isn't a cheap service. It's a superior service
My carpets actually looked CLEAN after they'd dried instead of me realizing the spots were still there. And they dry so much faster. And my tech was nice and friendly and professional.

the tile and grout look new very good job on fifteen year old tile well worth the money no more getting on my knees with a brush to clean the grout. the service tec was very friendly and showed the difference as he cleaned you could tell he was a happy and proud employee rare these days. I have never had my tile and couches professionally cleaned before but it seemed a bit pricey. Other than that, the technician (Josh) was extremely professional and friendly and did an AMAZING job!
Your equipment was broken first thing in the morning, my wife took the day off to be home. For this
And you couldnt replace the broken vehicle until 430pm, job finished at 8pm pretty much aasted the entire day
And all you offered was two free rooms. Have to say I was disappointed
The product is EXACTLY as advertised. Daniel, the service man was polite, thorough, and exceptionaly clean. He did a terrific job. He showed great respect for us, our pets, and our furniture. He is the kind of person you want representing your company.
Albert was very prompt...called ahead and was here within the 15 minutes he stated. A very friendly young man ...offered lots of pertinent information. I ended up doing more cleaning than I had orginally planned..because of his knowledge. I know he had other customers to see that day....but... always felt like he was putting us first.
Improve your process to allow for faster drying time for carpets. Currently you advise 5-6 hours for carpets to be completely dry.
Offer more services like polishing/buffing granite & tile surfaces.

Josh Martinez was the technician that came to my home. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helped me to understand every step of the process. He also provided me with information to help keep my tile and grout clean. My floor is beautiful!!! Looks like it did when it was first installed 7 years ago. In addition, I bought the water and spray bottle and have already used it to clean my tile floors that I didn't have cleaned yesterday and my arcadia doors. They are beautiful as well. I plan to tell everyone I know to use your service.

The actual cost was triple what was quoted on the Phone, I was charged for the cleaning an area rug; however, it was not cleaned, as the cleaner stated this was one of the last things he did and I checked it for dryness after he left and it was not even damp. Later that night I vacummed the rug again and it still had dirt on it.. I was basically charged for 6,000 sq ft and I only had a little over 2,000 sq ft cleaned. The area where they were suppose to treat for pet odor still smelled of pet odor then they finished. I plan on calling and discussing all these issues with someone on Mondy morning
