nice and clean.. smells good. The gentleman who cleaned our carpets wasnt worried about the amount of time, he wanted to do it right and he did..
I am pleased with the cleaning in two of the rooms that I had done, however in the Master bedroom there are two spots that came back as soon as the carpet dried. I mentioned to the service tech that these spots have re-surfaced after several cleanings they were there when we moved in so I am not sure what caused them. Other than that the service was good, technician called and arrived early, was very informative and efficient.
The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained every step so I knew what was going on at all times. My carpet looks new, which I did not think was possible with 3 dogs.
Liked the fact that I received a call two days in advance of the appointment letting me know the window of time the associate would be there. He was right on time and did a beautiful job.
The young man that cleaned my carpets was very professional and did a good job. Hopefully the carpets stay clean for a while.
The carpet looked like new, no crunchy sounds when I walked on it. The technician did a great job with a few spots that were very dirty. The cleaning process did not take long at all.

Customer service was good, technician was professional. however we were having our carpet that is only 2yrs old cleaned due to a wet dog odor from recent rain and dog in master bedroom thought a professional cleaning would get rid of odor,it made it worse technician said "hot water brings out the odor get some scented powder to mask odor". Not happy :( we also had our couches cleaned and crumbs and dog hair still on couch when job completed. We assumed that for the $600 we payed for your services we'd get a quality result, which we feel we did not receive. For these reasons I would not recommend zerorez to any friends. I would like to say that technician was friendly, our only complaint is on the finnished results.
There is no soap residue left in carpet and the person who cleaned the carpet.
Both Mark and Randy were wonderful! I originally only thought my kitchen tile needed a good cleaning. Once that was done it was very clear all my tile needed it. It wasn't planned but Mark made it happen. I'm so grateful. They did an outstanding job!

Very quick appointment schedule, friendly technician, fast and competent work. My carpet looks fabulous - bright, soft feeling and no odor. I kept getting up during the first night to turn on the lights so I could see it!! Absolutely love it!
