Prompt Courteous service
Price was as Quoted - no "surprise add-ons". Prompt. Courteous. And finally, carpet looks and feels great!
The 2 men were very polite. They did a wonderrful job. I will use your company again. I am spreading the
word in my senior park. The rugs dried quicker than any company I've ever use.
We asked the technician to pretreat 2 rooms with your pet odor solution. 1 room seems Ok, but the other room didn't improve at all. Disappointed.
they did a great job best i have seen
I like the products that you use are safe for children and animals. I had a tile floor that I could not get cleaned and you guys did a great job getting it clean without using harsh chemicals.
As always the services performed by zerorez were awesome!! our carpets look amazing and the dog pee smell is gone :). Thank you so much for cutting us a deal being we just had the carpets done 1 week ago before vacation and then came home and the dog watcher did not do her job so the beautiful carpet was covered with multiple spots of pee!!!!! The worker who came out (Nick) tried his best to get the stains out of the carpet but the ammonia was so strong the carpets are stained for good ;(! Now, today found out that I dog peed AGAIN on the carpet...so I will be calling you guys for the third time :(. Does anyone want a dog..lol
Dirt doesn't cling to the carpet following cleaning and the service has been great. Ryan spent the time needed to do a fantastic job on a dirty carpet.
The service was wonderful and the tech was very professional.
very professional ,knowledgeable & friendly!
Zerorez got my carpets cleaner than anyone else. Thank you for the good job!
Prompt and professional
Friendly, professional technician. Pet friendly cleaning products.
Your tech was very polite and professional, and answered all of my questions. My carpet looks great and my tile looks like it's brand new. I will definitely be using Zerorez again!
Very friendly, very CLEAN! Listened as I told him about my carpet "issues".
Got it ALL cleaned up.
Friendly service
It does a good job.
I like the way Wally and Shaun clean our carpet. I really loved the way they took the time to explain to us us what was going on and what they were doing.
Friendly and efficient. But, I think your radio ads are misleading. You advertise specials but when you call for an appt you find out that there are extra charges due to room size, stain treatments, and enviroment fees.
I have used zerorez 3 times now and every time they exceed my expectations. Once you try zererez you will her use any one else. They are the best .Excellent service.
Stain removal process-overall cleaning quality good but several stains had to be redone after your guys left
We had not had our carpeting clean for several years. Needless to say, our expectations were not too high. We thought the carpets would be clean but there would still be areas that would still show wear and tear. We were pleasantly surprised how great the carpeting looked after the Techs were finished. We have already told a few of our friends about how pleased we were.
The tech showed me several different products - loved my carpet cleaning first of all, and then eventually I'd like my grout cleaned.
Albert Gutierrez was an amazing tech and his partner Keith as well.
In fact, I have another room I need cleaned so as soon as I get my house back to normal, I will call you again.
Thanks!
To whom it may concern,
I just had the pleasure of having Troy clean my carpets yesterday. Of course he did an impecable job, and my carpets look like new again! I want to commend you for having such an amazing employee. Troy explained your cleaning and water solutions thoroughly and got right to work. He protected my walls from the hoses and took care of all the places on my carpet that needed extra attention. He made sure to give me a fare price for the cleaning I needed, helped me to decide on an additional rug to clean so that I received my moneys worth! I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of his work, and the fact that he didn't try to pressure me, or do the hard sale approach to up-sale the job. He is one of the most pleasant young men I have allowed in my home, and I have been known to turn workers away if I felt uneasy with them. Safety and honesty is a huge factor these days when considering a company for a job that requires the workers to be inside my home. I will definitely use your services again in another 6-8 months, and hope all your employees are as wonderful as Troy. It will be a pleasure to recommend your company to my neighbors and friends!
Sincerely,
Becky Sherrill

Driver was on time.
Carpet was soft and clean when dry.
Driver was courteous,& explained everything he was doing.also the quote we were given over the phone is what we played.
He was very cordial and pleasant. We felt comfortable with him in our home
Availability, quality of work, friendly technician
Service is great and like that the products are odor free....
The tech was very friendly and professional. Plus we love the fact that it was no chemicals used and it was safe for our girls to crawl on once the carpets dried.
