The service I received was fine the technician was professional and seemingly knowledgeable however that has been the case with every carpet cleaning company I have used so far. Astetically the carpet looked fine for the most part but there were some spots that didn't come out in the past I have had better luck with the removal or dulling of the stains but I also understand each situation is unique. The reason you received a 7 is because there was no real standout this experience was very similar to past experiences with the multiple other companies I have used but I paid a little more. If I were asked by a freind or associate who I would use to have my carpet cleaned I would just tell them to find a known company and go with the best deal.

I think the carpet cleaning was very good, carpet came out nice and clean. I didnt like the tile cleaning. Lots of residue leftover, a lot of white residue on the grout lines. Looked like puddles were left behind and when the water evaporated it left tacky areas. I cleaned them but they were still there, cleaned them again and got most of it up. So great on the carpet, not so hot on the tile.
We had you a year ago and carpet stayed clearer than with other services. We like no chemicals or soap

I am 100% satified with Zerorez. You were able to remove a very tough stain from my sofa cushion, leaving no soap or detergent residue.

I know my carpet was in pretty bad shape, how ever I did feel $300.00 for 1 room was high.
The first person that came out gave a quote of approx $450.00 for the entire house carpet and tile. We scheduled the work with that quote.
Thesecond person that came out to do the work, refused to do the stairs or honor the $450.00 bid. Instead he gave a $750.00 bid. That is almost pushing double of the first bid. I was out of town and Grandma and my son had to deal with this. If I was here I would have thrown them out. They did the tile down stairs also but wouldn't even move the couch to do the tile underneath. It slides with one hand!! Horrible Horrible, BORDERLINE SCAM, once I calm down I am considering filing a complaint with the BBB and turning this over to my attorney. I am also going to post a ZEROREZ compaint website for everyone to view! It depends on how you respond to this! PS I had to do the stairs myself yesterday after paying $450.00 for 1/2 the house!!!! Horrible

The young man was so helpful. He looked over the areas and gave us a good plan. The carpet looked great. I was a little disappointed because I wanted to get hardwood floors but after Jonathon worked his magic I think I am stuck with this carpet for a bit longer. Really impressed with him and how hard he worked. He didn't rush and could explain what he was doing. Just a fabulous experience.

Let me begin by saying the ZEROREZ associate was prompt, professional,thorough, & pleasant. It's important to me that you are aware that he is a good representative of your company. My appointment was @ 8am on Saturday. I was told my carpet would be dry in approximately six hours. It is nearly 7:45pm on Sunday, and I've yet to be able to move back any furniture due to the remaining moisture in the carpet. It's not that the entire rooms are still wet, but there are areas in which I'm certain the wetness would wick, and therefore damage, anything placed upon it.
As far as making things right with me, I'll leave it up to you to suggest how best to rectify the situation.
