Our Service Technician (Mark)was fantastic and very careful to respect our furnishings while working. We were one of the last jobs of the evening and appreciate that he spent the time on our floors as if it was the first of the day.
I think that Zerorez employees are very professional and really seem to want to please their customers. Our last experience with our tile grout cleaning on Tues was great. I love the product because it is chemical free and removes any kind of stain. we use the product all the time.
I had a couple of problems after the floors were cleaned but Zerorez responded promptly and fixed it! Thank you.
