zerorez changed my life!

We had both carpet and tile cleaned. Caret still has spots in a few places. The tiles have stripes after the cleaning and the grout color is not consistent.
Not pleased at all.

The friendliness of the on-site workers (the majority of the time); the softness of our carpets and tile after the service; the promptness.

The urine smell on couch and on carpet in travel trail that I was charge $130 for, for one room of carpet, two 8" strips and one small brand new couch..... Crazy price and didn't even come close to getting out the smell. Very dossapointed in out come for that. House same thing, 6' area at bed I asked to take care of still smells of pee. Overall carpet looks good but for $400 some dollars very disappointing. Could have gotten same outcome from old company for half the price.

Andrew (I think that was his name) was extremely professional and friendly. The carpets came out looking amazing and the whole house smelled fresher. Service was quick and on time, a big plus.

The products that you use to clean carpets are very good. And the service that the techs use is very professional. The techs are very professional and explains what they are going to use and treat the carpets with.

The softness of the carpet after you are finshed cleaning the carpet. It proves there is no soap in the carpet and we love that!! Thanks so much.

Excellent work, our tile and grout look brand new! I can't believe how great it came out!!

The technician was very nice and clean and informative. He gave me all the options for cleaning services and I agreed to have him perform the services with the fee quote that was given to me at time of service. We went through all of the services offered and the final amount was to be $440.00. When I received the final invoice, it was over $100.00 more than I was told at time of service. I had budgeted $450.00 for this cleaning and was very disappointed that the cost came in much higher than I had planned. I know $100.00 isn't a ton of money, but when you're moving into a new home, every penny counts. I would not have agreed to the higher price for services. Although I am very happy with the technician and the quality of cleaning, I cannot recommend your services to a friend or family member knowing that the price can change from time of service to final invoice. I would suggest that you re-evaluate how the technicians are quoting fees at time of service to avoid these unexpected over charges.

I think the person that clean our carper was very nice and he did such a great job, my husband was very impress with the equipment and I love the way the carpet feels after the cleaning.

Zerorez pulled some stains out of my carpet that other companies have tried and could not. The service man was very polite and professional.

I would recommend Zerorez to friends with confidence regarding the products and quality, however, I would caution my friends regarding the actual prices for the cleaning. I was quoted around $800 for carpet cleaning, tile and grout sealing (grout sealer was forgotten and they had to go get it), granite counter top cleaning and sealing, couch, chair and rug cleaning. We paid $1,500 and that didn't not include the couch, chair or rug. Due to huge price discrepancy could get all the work done. During my initial call I had given the square footage of the house so I'm not sure why the cost was almost double. I'm very sad about this as I have heard such great things about Zerorez and while I would use them again, I would want someone to come to my home for an accurate price quote. Chad and Brian were great!

The technology and the people - the service tech was professional and top notch.

The technician was courtous and professional and did a excellent job cleaning the carpet. The only issue is the technician was a little careless during the cleaning process resulting in damage to the paint and wallboard on the stairway.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! I am so happy I contacted Zerorez to clean my tile floors @ my home. I was absolutely AMAZED @ how well the job was performed & the highly friendly persons who did the job & how thorough a job they did w/special attention around all the corners & protecting my cabinetry, etc. My tile has never looked this clean since we had it installed over 10 years ago.
