carpets dry in a reasonable amount of time & are soft when dry.

Good customer service however even after second cleaning still odor on 2 yr old carpet technician adv it was in the pad and could not be cleaned. It was nice to see your dedication to customer service. Sadly I would not refer zero Rez because original problem that prompted the service still exists,

Great communication. When I called to schedule my appointment while away from home, there was email waiting for me when I arrived back at the house stating the date of service. Isaac called when he was on his way and was ready to roll a little before our scheduled time. I will definitely call again when it is time for carpet cleaning. Carpets look like new, without any chemical smell or soap residue. First name removed
Your advertisement is very deceiving. The sale price does not include a large area so consequently the price was much higher than advertised. That was very disappointing.
Technician was very professional and did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards and protecting our furnishings and other flooring. They were running a little late and the office kept us updated as to the time of arrival.
On time, professional, price was actually less than quoted on phone, and most of all the carpets look great!
The timing was off and I understand it was a mechanical problem but we ended up waiting all day. The tech did a great job and did take $35 off. We had an 11-1 appt and he finally came at 5. We were updated but it still didn't allow us to do the things we had planned to do in the afternoon and evening. I even ended up having to order dinner in because I couldn't be in the kitchen while he was cleaning. I might try again since the rug and floors came out so good but hate having to ruin a whole day.
I like that it didn't smell like chemicals.

I am not sure about the product yet, It seems OK. But your service person was the best. Answered all the questions, set up proper to do the work. We we came home everthing was clean. ETC.

Your employee was very polite and helpful. The only concern that we still have is the fact that a few of the darker grout areas in our kitchen and walk way do not appear as clean as the rest of the tile/grout that you cleaned in other areas. We are hoping to have you return to see if those areas might be worked on again. Otherwise, we are very happy with your performance and hope to schedule you to clean additional carpet areas in our home.
Honesty. After I booked my appointment and was told the price would be $129.99 then I was told there would be an additional fee to come to my area which I was not aware of. The scheduler spoke with her supervisor and they did not charge me the additional fee.
I love that the cleaning is quick and the carpet looks GREAT afterword! It dries quickly making it easy for me to let my kids return to normal play time.
I liked that there were no harsh chemicals used to clean the carpet. Daniel, who came to clean the carpet made sure the cleaning was to the customers satisfaction before leaving.

The carpet and tile seem to be clean and your provider was professional,courteous and didn't appear to be an ex-convict or mental patient, i.e. He lacked; ear gauges, body piercings of any kind or visible tattoos!
Clean,no chemicals. I called Zerorez on purpose because I am very sensitive to many chemical odors and even the citrus spray bothered me, but I just stayed away and it didn't last long. The representative did an excellent job with everything, going over and beyond the call of duty a few times. We had great discussions about environmental issues. The lady of the house was very impressed. A large area rug was removed to clean the tile and she still doesn't want to put it back because "I love my tile floor now, it is so beautiful." We were also instructed how to care for the newly cleaned and sealed tile which is very helpful. Your service is greatly appreciated and in my book you are the number one choice

spots on carpet which was the original reason for having you out were showing again in just a couple of days. Tech left his gloves and a bottle of something behind. Also after I had booked my appointment you started advertising a lower price which was not passed on.
The tech was very professional and love the way he tried to get out an old stain!!
