No soap good service!
Professional service. Good results
The tech did a great job on carpets. I wasn't impressed with having to pay an environmental charge and then dirty water from the days cleaning was drained from the truck in my yard. What kind of nonsense is that? Carpets look great though

Your representative was early. He was very friendly and professional. He kept me informed about his progress and kept showing me his work. When he was done, the carpets looked new even though they are 11 years old and the tile and grout looked awesome!! Great job!

Technician was knowledgeable, and did a terrific job. I especially like the fact that no caustic chemicals are used as I have multiple allergies. Fast efficient and my carpets look great!
Great customer service! Clean fresh feeling after it was done. No chemical smell or feeling! My carpet is fluffy and fresh. I was impressed with the temperature of the water and the pressure at which the water is injected it the carpet. Nine years of dirt gone. My carpet is like new. My technician "Nick" was meticulous. He had outstanding customer service and took extreme pride in his work. He didn’t miss a thing. I was a little skeptical at first. So I just tried the three room special at first. I ended up having him do the steps as well. I’m going to have them come back and do the upstairs rooms, tile floors and couches. NOTHING BUT ZEROREZ FROM NOW ON....

Your tech was extremely professional and personable. I was given a window and they arrived in a very timely manner. I was told they would call approximately 15 mins before they arrived and that happened. Everything was explained thouroughly and everything I was told would happen did.

That your cleaning technology, is able to clean without the use of high-residue soaps, detergents, shampoos or chemicals. And it looked great when completed. Also that Ken was very informative and made me more knowledgably than I was before he came to clean my carpets.
I was very impressed with the young man Sean Haugan. He had a big smile on his face, was very polite and explained everything he was going to do. After he finished cleaning the carpets...they looked brand new and smelled fresh. I was very pleased.
