Very professional staff. I was moving into a new house and had no idea what was in the carpet, just that it looked terrible. I didn't know how much good the cleaning would accomplish but was really amazed how clean and new the carpet turned out. Excellent job and the guys were great. I would highly recommend your company to anyone, in fact I asked for several business cards from your guys and gave them to the manager of my complex to use when other residence are looking for carpet cleaning referrals.
On time,accurate cost estimite, great cleaning our rugs and furniture, some of it over 25 years old,looks nearly new. Great process and service.

The product works well and is odor-free (especially when compared to the work performed by another company). The professionalism of the technician was exemplary. Joe Ruggiero was extremely helpful and we are very happy with the results of his efforts. Our carpet is exceptionally cleaner!
The technician was professional and courteous. He was very careful not to scuff up the walls, etc. He cleaned our carpets as well as our area rugs. Our carpets, which we were contemplating replacing, turned out practically like new. I would recommend your company to anyone who is in the market for carpet cleaning or thinks that their carpet needs to be replaced, they may be surprised! The prices were very reasonable as well.

My problem was with the time involved. Two different people worked on it, and it took from before 4 to 7:30. The men were very nice, and did a good job. We still have some spots, but the carpet is old and we have very heavy traffic, so that was to be expected.

I paid $100 to have pet stains treated. Even though I was told there is not guaranty, I did expect an improvement. The same stains are still there and the odor is still there. I do not see or smell any improvement at all.

I liked the two hour period of time for the appointment being made. When I called that I needed to have my time pushed up to a later time (I called the day before the appointment
they were very pleasant about it and switched me to a latern time . Casey Jones was very polite , worked very hard and did everything he could to remove the ground in dirt. I have never used your company before, but I already recommended you to two friends and they have each used you and were vewry happy with zerores. I will use you again. Thank you!
