My technician, Jonathan, was very professional and courteous. He was quick to answer any questions about Zerorez, completely and with confidence. I was impressed with your service, particularly the fact that your process does not leave any telltale odors or residue on the carpets. I will refer zerorez to my friends and associates. I do wish that your pet stain treatment were a bit more affordable than a charge by the spot...as the carpet in this home had been soiled in multiple areas a long time ago.

This company is like all the rest, they get into your house and then want you different pricing. Try and try to sell you more. Isnt there a honest carpet clearner out there?

Alan (our tech) was very knowledgable and performed the cleaning very quickly. He was very professional and I would 100% use this service again.
The staff person was nice but failed to let me know that he knocked my bedroom sliding door off track and when I went to open it, it sheared off the paint on the front of the door. I can paint it, but it would of been nice to know ahead of time.
The technician worked quickly and neatly. He answered all my questions and tried his best to accommodate my requests. He was able to get out some old stains and the carpet and tile floors look nice.
The advertised rate for 3 rooms did not specify size or type of carpet...I had two wool ones, and in a heartbeat, my 'deal' was over $300! The rugs are clean, which is what I wanted, the young man did his job and was polite, etc., but he CONSTANTLY tried to UP the price with extra ad-ons till I was afraid to talk to him! I know that is his job, but I did not like the hard sell in the guise of polite....will think twice before calling again. Not a bargain at all....

Best carpet cleaning system we have found in area. Carpets do seem cleaner. This was our second time to use Zerorez. Servicemen were polite and personable and seemed well trained. We tried protective treatment this time, so will see if it helps.

I appreciated the knowledge of the tech. He was able to identify my carpet and give me tips for keeping it clean as well as getting furniture marks out of the carpet. I wasn't expecting that!
