If I do not hear from you to come out and clean my grout I will post the pictures on Facebook and other Websites. If you do not remedy the problem I will be filing a complaint with BBB as well as sharing my poor experience with my church congregation and at the end of the month Pastor meeting with 9 of the leading churches in Glendale. I am truly disappointed and some of my family came over yesterday and did not believe I had the tile and grout cleaned.
The area specially treated and cleaned from a few dog urine accidents was not much better. I had to have the padding replaced and will probably have to reclean the carpet.

I asked the technicican about cleaning the edges of the tile because the machine was not touching those areas. He said the dust and dirt was painted over and could not be removed even after he tried his metal brush. When he left, I reached down with my finger and pulled the dust out of the edges. It seems they only clean the areas where the machine will reach. And those areas were cleaned very well. However, when paying a lot of money for cleaning, I expected the edges and corners to be cleaned as well. That technician could have been cleaning edges instead of wathcing the other technician work the machine.

Be up front on what the $129 gets you. You charged me for a whole room when the bed covered 3/4 of the carpet,thats not right. I think the $129 ad on the radio is a little deceiving, just a ploy to get in the door. It doesn't cover much at all as my total was two and a half times that. I will have to see if it stay clean as long as the tech said it would and if it does maybe I will use your services again.
No odor, cleaned like we hoped it would.
Carpet job is unsatisfactory. Carpet was left with light streaks the entire length of carpet. In addition the edges were not cleaned.
I was told that the charge of $129 included three rooms of 300 Sq per room. My kitchen floor is 149 sq ft. yet I was charged an extra $40 because the technician said that part of the kitchen area was considered a dining area and therefore an additional room. I was informed of this extra charge after he had completed preparation work. Had he not done so. I would have asked him to leave. Zerorez advertizing is deceptive. Your techinician Kory was very helpful in explaining pricing and process. He worked very hard at our house for about 3 hours...the results were great..I have already given your number to 3 of my neighbors who came and looked at the results of our job and requested the information.
I liked that harsh chemicals and lots of foamy detergents weren't used. My carpets came out beautiful in spite of the fact that they were terrible to start with. I wish I hadn't waited years to have them professionally cleaned.
I still have some spots in one room that weren't noticable until it dried. It looks just like it did before it was cleaned and now I'm wondering if it really has cleaned the other rooms or if it will also start showing the same dirty areas.
I was extremely happy with the service my carpet and tile came out beautiful.
They were very punctual, courteous and neat. The technicians were very knowledgeable about the products they were using and Josh educated us about the pros of the high pH water. Daniel and Josh were thorough and efficient. We were only going to get the carpets cleaned but got several upholstery items cleaned as well. No residue left behind like other companies we have used. Our ten year old micro suede furniture looks new! We highly recommend this company both for the product they use as well as their very pleasant and knowledgable technicians.
The only drawback is the higher cost. I have been wanting to use your service for a long time and finally decided to spend the money. The carpet is cleaner than I have ever seen it but it will be a while before I can spend that much again. I was very skeptical about cleaning without any shampoos or other products, but Bronson was able to explain it so I understood about the ph of the water, etc.
Andrew was friendly and thorough about explaining his processes. I was thrilled with the outcome of my carpets, and cannot wait for Zerorez to clean the remainder of my house. Thank you, Zerorez, for providing a safe and environmentally friendly service!

It's amazing how clean my carpets are after being cleaned with Zerorez. They are 7 years old and almost look new again. The quick drying time allowed us to put our furniture back in place and enjoy our house again.

low chemical/chemical free process, friendly staff, options for every budget
Our carpets look so much better - especially the living room carpet that we have had for 7 years. It looks like new.
Sanitizes, quick, removes most of dirt. I say "most of dirt" because soiled pathways on an OLD carpet didn't turn new. Still saw some shadow of the "gray" pathway. No problem. I know it is clean and will be replaced in a year or so. Was great in most places! Tile clean was great and resealed Travertine. Some dripping and a couple of smear spots left behind, but then, I am really picky! The people were awesome!
