You charged me $119 for 3 larger rooms in my estimate. My wife had you clean 2 other area rugs once you got there, and you charged me an extra $100 for those 2. One was $70 for a rug 4' x 10'. Ridiculous. Also an added $14 for nothing really. Not cool.
How clean it gets the carpet, without harsh chemicals and sudsy soaps.
I wasn't too impressed with how there seemed to be residual dirt along the edges of my carpet that I felt I had to go back over and clean myself.
Jonathan ...driving Bob was amazing. He was so polite, I was running about 15 minutes late and he was so gracious and didn't even seem to mind.
He was literally on his hands and knees using a little wire brush in the grout and sweating to get it clean. It looked 100% better!! I seriously will NEVER EVER use anyone else!!

Holding back my opinion, waiting out the first 30 days to see what will or will not happen. That is usually the time period that the old dirt and stains re-appear.
Your crew was professional, patient and personable. The difference between the estimate and what the crew determined to be actual was significant, not what we expected, completely understand the estimate portion but that was a shock. Most would have said no thanks at that point.
I love that there are no chemicals or soaps in your cleaning system. My carpet and tile look great! The service was outstanding. Our technician, Troy, was friendly, informative and efficient. He gave us great information without being pushy and was a pleasure to work with. We have already recommended Zerorez AND Troy to family and friends and will plan to use them again ourselves...definitely with Troy as our technician! Thank you!

they are environmentally friendly. the technician had a lot of discretion in determining the best way to price out my job, so even though I spent over double the cost of the 3-room special, I still felt that I got good value.

My carpet was very clean and the service was quick and efficient.
My only disappointment was that the vertical part of the carpet step down between the foyer and living room was apparently missed. We cleaned it ourselves and it is fine.
I don't know yet. I want to wait a few days to see how the carpets look - if the stains come back or are actually gone.

Fast availability, quality job.
1. Need to make sure all areas are cleaned. One of the rooms appeared to have left out a couple of small areas.
2. Clean up in hallways better. Do not leave streaks that were not there to begin with.

The person that you send is always polite, trustworthy and neat. Your product does not leave any residue and the carpets stay clean longer. Wouldn't have anyone else clean our carpets. Thank you, First name removed
You screwed up on the time scheduled, and because of that 1/2 of what needed to be done couldn't be done at this time. I needed it done that day, no delays to reschedule. Then you charge me the same price for 1/2 the area and time. Sensible? no
You offer me a free room next time, well, there isn't going to be a next time.
