I love that it is water and how there is no odor. I had Andrew come out to my house and he was WONDERFUL. Every time we have zerorez come (3 times so far) it's great but ANDREW was awesome. Thank you Zerorez, and thank you ANDREW!
Your max room size is 300 sq'. However, if you have small bedrooms (average 100-144 sq' & bed etc. remain in the room & a small hallway especially if theyr'e an extension of the room (average 4x4 - 6x4) those should be included & not charged separately.
Carpet is not crunchy and you were on time!!!!
The technician is always very professional and knowledgeable. No degergent residue in the carpet to attract dirt. The carpet is dry in a few hours.

Professional, efficient and timely service.
The carpets come out cleaner when you use your special water to lift the dirt and then vacumn up the dirt and take it away in your truck. Dominic did an excellent job on our carpets - they almost look new and they are 11 years old.

I like how fast the cleaning & drying goes. Every time we have used zerorez, we are always impressed with the knowledge of the techs. Each time, they continue to outdo themselves in customer service. This time, we had an incident with my 1 year old and rubbing a tub of vaseline into the carpet. Our tech, Daniel, took the time to examine the area and ensure it came up completely. He even took measures to ensure that if any of the vaseline got into the mat underneath, that it would not come back up once it dried. Daniel also worked with us to make sure that we stayed within our budget for the carpet cleaning. We were so happy with this service!
I only used zero Rez because the owner of the home we were renting requested we did. We own our own home now but would most likely not use your services. Was very happy with professionalism, punctuality, and technician service, but the actual carpet cleaning is sub par. I did not feel the carpets looked very clean and I was expecting a lot more of the stains to come out. A friend of mine who rents houses himself looked at the work and agreed with me. It was the second time I've used your company in that rental and I felt the same way the first time. I felt that all the stains came back in just a couple weeks and you couldn't tell they had just been professionally cleaned.
