Didnt get out the dark dirty areas, your guy sd it was wear, but I know it was where my dog lies & I have gotten that out before, same dark dirty spots, with my own shampooer. He sd someone using detergent would have gotten yjat out because it bleaches the carpet. Well I should have use some company with bleach. I was moving and was hoping to get my $deposit back but guess not as they mentioned the stains at walk thru. Guess theyll do it again &charge me from my deposits. I wasted my $$181 with you.

I was not called two days in advance like I was told I would be. When I called to check on my time, I was told I did not have an appointment. Come to find out the office did not have my name spelled right and had my address numbers transposed. I also was not told in advance that there was a $50 set up fee because I was on the 3rd floor.
They did the job. My carpets are clean! My technician Brian was excellent and worked hard on the worst areas.
IT IS AMAZING HOW THE TILE AND GROUT GOT SO CLEAN.IT WAS REALLY DIRTY,AND NOW LOOKS ALMOST NEW AND THE TILE IS 15 YEARS OLD!I ALSO BOUGHT THE CLEANING PRODUCT SO IT CAN CONTINUE TO LOOK AS NICE.THE SERVICE TECH WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND DID A GREAT JOB!THERE IS NOTHING I CAN SAY ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE WITH ZEROREZ OTHER THEN I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

The product cleaned my grout very well. It hadn't been professionally cleaned in over 10 years. You also sealed the grout. I liked the aroma left after cleaning. It was not over powering and it dissipated if a few hours. Yes I would and did recommend you to others. In fact, I was so please with the results that I called my daughter. She in turn has scheduled an appoint for next week. Thank you. and a two thumbs up to your employee Dominic. He was courteous, professional and I would also recommend him.

The carpets and upholstery are not much cleaner than before your cleaning service. In many places there is no difference before and after your service. The experience was a huge disappointment. I do not see any benefit to your product. I feel like I have been misled by your marketing. I would frankly appreciate a refund of at least half of the cost.
Your phones and failed the day of the service. I called your office many times, both using the local number and the national 866 number. It was a difficult experience. The technician arrived later than the timeframe we discussed. I sent my wife and kids out of the house early so the house was free. They had to change plans to accommodate the late arrival. This happened on Halloween and made our evening plans difficult.
On the bright side: your technician Josh Martinez was very service oriented. I would hire him. He was professional and pleasant.
My carpets look great and I was very concerned that some areas would not come clean and they look beautiful.

My appointment was about 5:30 p.m. And the lighting was poor and shadows made it difficult to see where the carpet was dirtiest.. Jonathon worked very hard to get the one really dirty spot clean but it needs a second cleaning. The carpet was much wetter than I expected because Jonathon was on his knees working so diligently to do a good job. It took two plus days for carpet to dry even with the use of fans.
Many of my neighbors have asked me about your process and unfortunately I can not give them an answer until you return to reclean the carpet and reapply the protective solution.
Your technician Joe Ruggiero did an outstanding job; superior to 2010 when I first used you. I will request him next time.

The technician arrived on time and was very professional. The services were truly remarkable. I had forgotten just how the grout had looked when it was new and now I can see how it was. I wii defininately recommend Zerrez.

I had Zerorez last year and was completely happy. The technician went out of his way to completely clean my carpets. This year the 2 pet spots I had concern about were not completely removed. I was told that I would have to pay $25.00 for each spot to have them removed (eveidently they have two ways to remove pet spots and one way is $25.00 per spot). I chose the less expensive way. Who wants to pay $25.00 for each pet spot when it may not be completely removed. I have a very tiny dog. These were not huge spots. The technician was very helpful in explaining everything. I do, however, think that $25.00 per pet spot removal is outrageous!
