I was a little disappointed that the grout didn't look any different to me.
Having the floor wiped up as the tech is removing his equipment. Each service I must mop the floor on our way to the exit.
Some stains that had been previously removed were not removed this time.
My carpets don't have that "crunchy' feeling when they dried.

Everything from making the appointment to follow-up was top- notch. Everyone was very professional- excellent job done by the technician, Kirby.
Booking was extremely easy. All fees were cleary stated up front. The technician showed up on time, and was clean and professional. All corners of the walls were protected prior to cleaning. The pretreatment smells great, definately not a chemical smell. As an added bonus the carpet also got much cleaner than I had hoped for. Will definately be using you again for my other rental properties.

The carpet is less than a year old and we had it cleaned in late october. In the master i know that we had puppy accidents but no stains just odor I wanted tackled. After a day (we did the cleaning monday late afternoon and now as its dryed and the fabrize like smell has faded The smell is exactly the same as pre-cleaning. They seemed to finish the room VERY quickly too ... I just wonder if it could have been done better.
They do not have harsh or smelly products in them.

I did not get my invoice. The guy called and said he had made a mistake and charged more and that things would be corrected. I also called you guys to clarify things. I even told you guys to check my email adress. Never heared back from you guys again with a correction or with an invoice; nothing.

I was a little disappointed after the technician left. I realized that there were water marks on the tile in the hallway where the technician dragged the wet hose and other equipment throughout the house. The really frustrating part is that I just cleaned the tile floor the day before. Now, it looks like someone spilled liquid on the tile and left it to air dry.
Dries quickly and no soap residue.
The carpet did not come clean with the Zerores treatment. There were still stains in the heavy traffic areas and I pointed them out to the service technician. After he left I went to the store and got some Resolve carpet cleaner and the stains came out. They always come out when I use Rug Doctor. Next time I will use Rug Doctor again.
Carpet stays clean.. No residue
The cleaning solution is refreshing and doesn't leave a chemical odor. The carpets dry quickly, especially in areas where there is cross-ventilation. The technicians are polite, friendly, helpful, and efficient. I heard about Zerorez on the radio last year and had a smaller area cleaned and it was cleaner than any other time we've cleaned it. I couldn't wait to do the entire house this year. This is a terrific product/service.

Your tech was not interested in quality,just in finishing the job quickly. Did a 14' x 12' room in less than 5 minutes and we had to ask him to slow down, hit the doorway (traffic area) better. Didn't care about stain areas. Did them at the same speed. We felt like we had to stand over him to get better quality.
Nothing you can do right. We are going to hire someone else in the near future.

The technician was very friendly and professional. He appeared to care whether or not I was satisfied with the job he did. He cleaned my couch very well, and it did not take very long for the couch to dry. I will call again and recommend this company to my friends.
