I will be able to give you a better answer after a month or so to see how clean the carpet stays. I can not say the carpet looks any better than when I clean it with my Hoover cleaner.

(Unfortunatley, the experience with Lennie at the office was not at all pleasant. She did not exemply a customer friendly attitude and doubted your tech's ability to provide an accurate estimate. Had we dealt with her first we probably would not have used your service.)

We didn't understand why the grout in one of the bathrooms couldn't be cleaned. The reason was given - is that is wasn't sealed.

Love the fact that no chemicals are used... That is very important to me since I have pets. Did a great job removing stains from the carpets and cleaning the grout. Only wish a little better job had been done on the parts closer to the walls, but I understand that is difficult with the equipment that was used.

No soap!

when job was finished all looked good but there are already spots showing back up in living area.

The tech, Jeff, was very nice and very thorough. He explained the procedures and pricing very clearly. He spent a lot of time doing the cleaning and we ended up with carpets looking like new!
