It's probably not in relm of starting your business, but the enviromental fee may be a deterent for some customers as they don't pay this fee with other carpet cleaners in the valley. Other than that I can say that my carpets look great, as I will be telling friends and family.
Carpets look great, and soft. Prices were reasonable.
Friendly technician, fast drying time
The area rug looks like new.
Make certain that the customer understands that if wool rugs have to be cleaned they will be taken outside and cleaned in the driveway. the customer will be responsible for bringing them back inside after they dry. They should be aware that the rugs could be taken to the shop and cleaned and returned to the customer and restored to their original places. If I had not had help the day I had my rugs cleaned I would not have been able to get them back into the house after they had dried because your rep had already left.
It is very clean after the process is done. We were able to use the floors very quickly after the process was completed. No odor or residue on the floors.
No soap residue left behind. Friendly and professional technician who took care of my furniture.

Troy did a great job and was very professional. A very nice gentleman. The service was great, and though I believe you have a good product from an environmental aspect, I beleive Chem Dry may do a better job of soil removal.
They work so well! Very nice service men! Good communication with office. No chemicals! Didn't have to buy a new carpet.

Professional
I was very dissappointed in the cleaning of my tile floor and the grout. Then he sealed the grout and it wan not clean. The carpet looked better but was not completely cleaned. I spoke with some friends and they thought it seems to be a very expensive process than we they have paid the have a few rooms cleaned. I am not sure that we can make this better unless you want to redo the tile. But since the grout sealed, is there anything that can be done?
Your tech was extremely friendly and your product is evniornmentally friendly.
Josh and Jonathan were professional and worked very well together.
I think they are very good, your service man was wonderful and very personable and professional. We really liked the way he condcted himself. You might want to consider him for management.

Polite, skillful representative, despite his spilling some carpet cleaning stuff and killing some of my just emerging winter grass. Do not appreciate this.
This wasn't the first time I have used Zerorez. Even used them in So. California. I really appreciate Josh Martinez. He did a fabulous job and is very professional. We are going to have several more items done and would like for him to be our tech. when we schedule it.
Casey Jones was did more than a fabulous job on our carpets!! He took his time and explained why Zerorez is so much better than the other professional carpet cleaning soluations that are harmful for your carpets and really do not get them clean. He is an asset to your company!
I expected my stains to be removed the first time. Despite airing out my rooms with open windows and fans, the carpet smelled like dirty shoes after the technician left. I expected a clean fresh smell. The service department did kindly schedule a return visit to tackle the stains which originally didn't come out. They did come out, so I guess the first job wasn't too first rate. Your service personnel were very courteous. I guess I just thought that perhaps Zerorez might have offered to compensate the hassle of having to return and do the job right with a free room cleaning or comping the cost of the stain guard treatment on my stairs, etc.
Environmentally friend and get the job done
I was a little disappointed with the results on carpet but tile came out very nicely. Also, water was drained on roadway which has caused quite a discoloration
Product worked good and floors and couch looks great, Also Wally was great and he expland everything he was doing and why. Will use Zerorez again.
On time, fast, clean is clean with no smell or leftover residue, reasonably priced for the excellent cleaning that is done.
I had high expectations for your results after listening to your ads on the Barry Young show. You exceeded my expectations. I did forget to have you clean the back splash in my kitchen. We will need to get it cleaned next time.
