I was impressed with how good my carpets looked after they were cleaned and I was VERY impressed with how meticulous the workers were. Levi seemed to have noticed every small spot on the carpet and treated and removed them. I could also often hear him talking to the assistant and explaining what to look for and how to do a good job. After a phone call to let someone know that my job was taking longer than estimated, I overheard Levi explain to the assistant that it's never too long if the job gets done well.
tech was very professional and pleasant. Carpet look great. I still however has some dog urine order left in the carpet, not sue if I need additional service. I would highly recommend your company

I have traffic dirt stains in 3-5 areas. I saw no improvement in the stains removal. Yes the large carpet areas felt cleaner, but the stains remain. It is what is is. Maybe they r just permanent. The service person was very polite n attentive.
I was not on site, my mother was said they did a great job. Services however are added very
quickly for each service....each stain is like 10.00. that i think is way to much to pay for each stain....would I use again, yes if i did not have any stains....

I cannot believe that my berber carpet looks like brand new after having it cleaned. And the carpet is 11 years old. Your employees are very professional and I will never use any other company again to clean my carpet than Zerorez. We've used Stanley Steamer for a lot of Bankowned houses that were extremely dirty and amazingly they got even the dirtiest carpets all the way clean. The carpet you guys cleaned is only 1 1/2 years old and had about 6 traffic spots in it, otherwise was it was spotless. Of those 6 traffic spots, 3 are still showing. Very disappointing after all the commercials we heard talking about how clean zerorez gets carpets. Would like to see those 3 spots get re-treated and removed. Many excuses before every starting to clean dirt, stains, ect. Stated up front you would not be able to get in clean, unbeliveable. Then proceeded to try to upsale me on the extra treatments ect.

I am a new customer and waiting to see what the carpet looks like in a couple of months...Did appreciate the call the day of the appointment advising the men would be arriving within 30 minutes...This was a benefit as I had forgotten about an appt. for my dog with the vet at 8:40...
I would absolutely recommend Zerorez because I was very happy with the look and feel of my carpet after it was cleaned by Zerorez. I would however let them know that the scheduling system was somewhat frustrating. I called two weeks in advance and was told that I would be able to get my carpets cleaned on the day I wanted, however, I would not know until two days before the cleaning what the time frame would be. This made it very difficult to schedule the rest of my day.
Fast, chemical free, and it works
Your product is non-chemical and after your service my carpets look great! I have had other services come out and they have never been able to achieve this level of cleanliness. I have also found that I do not need to have the carpets cleaned as often.
The technician arrived before the scheduled two hour window and it caused a slight issue, but the final outcome of the service was very good.

We were really impressed with the steam cleaning of our tile floor! The carpet came out very good as well. We had a few pet stains, and, even though we didn't opt to use your additional products, the stains were picked up and are non-existant!

Pricing and effectiveness of the product was great. This is the third time we have used ZEROREZ and have been pleased each time. The drying time is one of the most appreciated parts of the process.

The carpet looks amazing! The technician was very knowledgeable about the type of carpet we have & the best way to care for it. He also pointed out a couple of places where the carpet is "lifting" so that we can repair it. I love that no chemicals are used so there is no risk of harm to children or animals!! The carpet has been in this house for over a decade & now it looks almost new!! Thank you for a wonderful job & a great service! I will recommend Zerorez to everyone!!!!

My carpet still seemed dirty after cleaning I wiped the carpet with a white towel and it came up brown and the carpet wasn't even that dirty to begin with. Not very impressed the commercials make it sound like you guys were the best in the business but I'm not sure that. To make things right I would think my carpet needs to be re cleaned
