Time frame of appointment not changed from when previously booked, had I not complained it would of never got changed. One lady actually asked me if I wanted to rebook. Why would I rebook when I made arrangements for this to be done. It made me feel like they have too much business and don't care if they loose a customer. I don't think they realize what is involved in getting a home ready for carpet to be cleaned. You just don't wake up and say gee I think I'll get my carpet cleaned today.

The tile was left entirely too wet. There were puddles of water still on it after a couple of hours. The grout does look nice and clean except around the kick plate under the cabinets. obviously the machine couldn't fit under there so it wasn't scrubbed clean.
I won't recommend your services to many due to your policy of not moving "any" furniture. We're in our seventies and are able enough to move things ourselves but there are many who just aren't able to do that.
Also why is there an Enviremental Fee. You're cleaning with water. What harm can that due the envirnment

So far so good, we have not seen any spots come back up. The carpets look very clean and new. The service man was very nice and helpful.
Your technician called and said he would be at the house in about 15 minutes. I hustled to get there and then waited for him for almost an hour.
The large spaces cleaned up well. Grout next to the wall or in entries did not come clean. The main area of the bathrooms got clean but again, next to the wall and the entry did not come clean.
If you think you can get my grout clean, come back and clean it. I went and bought a grout brush and am about to tackle it myself. Not a good recommendation for you.
There is a stain on the carpet that was not removed; I had pointed it out to the technician before he began work.
A piece of wood molding was damaged at the base of the cabinets in the kitchen.
Our 13 yr old Shag carpeting looks and feels brand new. The work you perform is unbieleable and very appreciated.
