My carpets look great, your technicians were very polite and worked hard to get all the stains out. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 was just that the price was a little higher than I had paid in the past. I do like the fact that there are no chemicals so that probably balances the cost somewhat.

I think your charges for urine treatment is way to high. In my little office area the guy found 17 spots in a 10x8 area that "needed" a $25 on each spot...come on, there should be a cheaper option that would be less than removiing the carpet and replacing it brand new. In Spokane, Zeroez treats the whole carpet for pet stains for $40. I'll probably look for a different company even though zerorez is all I use in Spokane.
Chemical free, employees were kind and helpful, and technician left my carpeting in beautiful conditiion!
I would recommend the carpet cleaning but I was not happy with the upholstered chair cleaning and would not recommend it.
The technician was on time, explained the process very well, and was very efficient in doing the work. I feel the process is superior to other carpet cleaning products.
No chemicals! Fast service. I called in the morning, the tech was there in the afternoon. He was soooo nice. Also I was overcharged by about $20 and they called to tell me they were issuing a refund. I had no idea I was overcharged. Love this company.

I felt you were a little pricey for tile floors but your guy worked his but off and did the most awesome job. The all over seal is so much better then just the grout. its been over a week and 3 birthday parties and they still look good with just a little clean-up

Best we have ever had
Unsure what you could do to improve. I have used Stanley Steemer for years and thought I'd give you a try based on a coworker's recommendation. I paid much more for your service, but really don't see the difference between zerorez and Stanley Steemer's service. They had two people show up, they put furniture on little squares and even helped me move a couple of items. Your service does none of that. The person who cleaned my carpet was very professional and took his time to do a good job, but so did Stanley Steemer. Good job on the service, but I just don't think it's worth the additional money. $44 more for my little hallway? For hot "Empowered Water"? No thank you.

I just didn't feel like the couch was any cleaner after I paid over $200 for cleaning. I am obviously frustrated but not sure if the couch just won't come clean under any circumstance or if it was a bad job on your part. The couch didn't have anything more than just the normal wear and tear so I was just frustrated that it didn't look any better after it was professionally cleaned.

I love that the products are chemical-free and do such an amazing job. My tile floors look like the day I purchased them...and that was 20 years ago! Andrew did such a great job that I stood there looking at my floors and cried...for joy!
