Tech was very professional and friendly. Carpet came out great but did take longer to try . More like 24 before completely dry.
It does not leave any residual smell in the house. Using the hot steam makes the floors seem cleaner and sanitized. Levi was great! He made excellent suggestions based on individual room situations. Will be calling on you next time I need carpet and tile cleaned!
I like the fact that no chemicals were used and my carpet and tile look awesome. Josh Martinez was very professional and gave me a lot of information on the special water used by your company. Very informative.

Cannot see any improvement in the appearance of our tile and grout. Your promotion of 3 rooms for 129.00 is deceiving. We were charged for a small bathroom as a large room. Will not use your service again or recommend it to our friends or neighbors.

The carpets seemed to stay damp even the next day. They carpet looks okay, and the techs were very nice and courteous, just didn'd like how long they stayed so damp.
It is a pleasure to have your guys come and clean the carpet. They are always friendly and courteous and do a great job even though the carpet is 12 years old!!
That said I do have a minor complaint with your service this time. I was called and told that the carpet would be cleaned between 12 and 2. When 2 arrived I called your office and was told the technician was running late and it would be after 3 before he would arrive. It would have been nice to have received a phone call from you letting me know he was running late before hand.

The technicians were very knowledgable, clean attire and wanting to please.....Also very impressed with the cleanliness of the truck mount system...When the equipment is clean I believe determines the results of the interior job....Definitely will recommend to others...My hat is off to MARK and KIRBY!!!!
Casey explained every step of the cleaning project to me. I was very impressed with his knowledge and hard work. My tile looks like new, as does my carpet.
I purchased the all purpose cleaner kit, I am very UnHappy with the outcome of my floors. I intend to call your office on Monday, as it left streak marks, and a dull looking finish. I am either going to have to hire some one to clean & buff or I will have to get down on my hands & knees to clean & buff. I am very upset about this, as this is not how it was sold to me. I am satisfied with the actaul carpet cleaning. Also, I was quoted $1.00 sq foot for area rug if done in the home, $3.00 if taken to the shop (was not asked specifics) but because it was wool, I was charged $1.50. I do wanta refund for the extra purchase I made for the cleaner kit.
They are always thorough and hard working and polite! I always love my carpets ofter I get them cleaned......they look brand new, and it makes me feel like a new Women!

Service was awesome and so far, no old stains coming up due to residual soap from the last guy. I'm very impressed!
use better judgement about the limits of the service. i had the kitchen grout cleaned and there is a clear, unnecessary point at which the cleaning was terminated leaving the room only partially cleaned.

Your tech did a great job
You always do a great job. Except, sorry, this time there was just one small area (around our bedside table that still looks quite dirty. I have not had a chance yet to give it a shot myself - It may be beyond help. we will see. Other than that, Thanks and the gentleman who came was very nice and worked hard.
I liked the professionalism and care you took of our home... from the corner bumpers that protected our walls, to the booties you gave us to keep our newly cleaned carpets from getting dirty!

We were pleased with the quality of the service but it was much more expensive than other carpet cleaning companies we have used in the past.
Would like hidden fees such as grout sealing disclosed when booking appointment.
Your whole process was very professional--from booking our appt. to our technician's thorough figuring & explanation of our estimate upon arrival, and of course the cleaning service itself. Had all our tile & majority of carpeting cleaned and it all looks practically like new (they are 15 years old!). Carpets are soft & fluffy and dried much faster than any other cleaners we have used. There's no sticky residue feel or chemical smell left behind. We will use again whenever services needed & will highly recommend them to others--great job!
